Let’s keep these shops in business. Had what I needed, quick shipping and wasn’t a faceless giant.

OK, so you get a sheet of three ply plastic and then what ? well the size is not bad the cost is not bad and the product is not bad, So what's the problem ??? well you have to turn your sheet of three ply plastic into something and for me it was an electric guitar pickguard. Slowly slowly catch the monkey and what I produced was pretty impressive. Give it a go.

Super. Only potential improvement would be to make your website easier to search. Can be a little tricky to find what string you stock. Apart from that awesome. Good service at a good price.

Good product. My only complaint would be that I ordered this and heard nothing further for some weeks (I'd hoped it would arrive before I went on holiday but it didn't). When I enquired, I was told the item was out of stock and offered a similar replacement. I was fine with that and it arrived a few days later. I'd give a higher score - but I just would have liked to have been told sooner (maybe even at the point of ordering) that the item was out of stock.

I bought a light board for sound coast of £30 They sent me a small cable light worth about £2. Absolutely shocking. Avoid

This is my second purchase from Alegree. The first required me to send a pickup back for repair as it came faulty and this one came with the wrong screws and no wiring diagram.

That being said, the customer service and contact has always been excellent (with responses received even on the weekend). The pickups are absolutely fantastic. The descriptions on the website are spot on. I'd highly recommend Alegree.

Got the item I needed in super quick time

I was happy when the pick up arrived it's been a great experience.

Bought a pair of Magma Plume pickups for a Tele. Great quality and dispatched quickly and securely. One small gripe, each wide range has 4 screws, only sent 2! Overall excellent, second set of hand wounds and would thoroughly recommend.

Well packed, arrived when promised (after explaining that the first unit Alegree received was not correct). Excellent product, easy to install.

I just want to say thanks to you guys.
I own almost $12,000 worth of Rickenbacker guitars and basses here in Tennessee, and another $4,000 in California. A lot for some, and not enough for others.
I clean and keep my guitars in excellent conditions. I just so happen to have taken off a Truss Rod Cover off a 4001V63, for cleaning and adjustment and missed placed a screw. I reached out to Rickenbacker all 3 departments via email, told them my situation and if I can buy 1 screw from them and they said…NO...They suggested I try some other place , which I did for almost a week straight, and all I got was crickets. To a lot of people a screw is a screw. But when you’re talking about a vintage Rickenbacker like a 4001V63, originality matters. If you’ve invested years collecting, maintaining, and preserving instruments, having one incorrect piece of hardware can sit in the back of your mind every time you pick it up.

The part that would frustrate is that I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I wasn’t looking for a free replacement or a major warranty claim. I simply wanted to buy the correct factory screw. It’s surprising when a company can’t help with something that small, especially when you’ve clearly been a loyal customer and owner of there bass’s and guitars.

The good news is that finding…Alegee...and now I can play my bass without that nagging thought every time I look down at the truss rod cover. Collectors of Rickenbacker’s vintage Fenders, Gibsons, Martins and others often care deeply about originality and correct hardware. That’s part of the enjoyment of ownership.
