Really great car hire company! We arrived at midnight and decided to stay at the local hotel as have young children. I emailed ‘All In’ and asked if they would collect us from there in the morning and they responded quickly saying ‘absolutely’.

They collected us, as promised, and was taken straight to get the car. We were in and out within 10 minutes and was provided with a practically new car. Everything was explained really well and the car was perfect for the 10 days we had it. We opted for the ‘All In’ insurance when booking online and was £170 for the 10 days and was cheaper than most other companies basic packages. This included extra driver, booster seat and fully comprehensive insurance. The car was provided with a full tank of petrol and you do have to return it the same, which is fine.

Everything was just as smooth on returning the car and really well organised in terms of transport back to airport.

The reviews saying about extra charges are people that didn’t read the website when booking. If you use cash, it is slightly cheaper. If you use a credit card, there is no deposit as credit card will cover it. A debit card will require a deposit that is returned to you if no damage done. This is pretty standard practice and is on their website. Every time I emailed them confirming all these details, they were always quick to respond and polite.

I would 100% recommend this company and will use again.

Half way through our car hire contract. We've rented many cars. This was the easiest, best value and most efficient and friendly service we have ever used. We got a beautiful new car, no hassles and the most friendly of welcomes. Excellent service, Muchas Gracias.

Have to say was extremely impressed. Straightforward booking although I did confirm at least 24 hours before hand as per terms …don’t know if that’s why there are some negative reviews. Went for full insurance which was the same as competitors basic huge excess insurance. Was a little nervous due to reviews but in my experience I found them extremely professional , efficient and no stress at collection.
Shuttle bus on demand and no hanging about at check in despite them being extremely busy and an after hours arrival. We booked 7 seater with 2 car seats ( which were free) incredibly convenient. Everyone we interacted with was absolutely lovely. My terrible Spanish was helped by their perfect English. One of tail lights weren’t working which we didn’t notice for ages. Unfortunately we also hit a tail light when reversing so thankfully we had the full insurance and were completely covered.
Would have no hesitation using them again

J'ai testé pour la 1ère fois cette agence qui a fait presque un 100% juste ! J'ai loué une Audi A1 pour 10jours (~320euros). À l'arrivée à l'aéroport il faut appeler l'agence, pour signaler votre arrivée puis aller un peu plus loin vers le parking, à côté de l'entrée de la gare, où là il y aura une navette qui viendra vous chercher. Le nom de la compagnie y est imprimée en grand sur le van, vous ne pourrez pas le louper. Check in facile, contrôle rapide de la voiture et clé en mains, mon voyage en Andalousie a pu commencer. Voiture propre, fonctionnement presque parfait si ce n'était les essuies glaces qui avaient besoin d'être changés. Sinon le reste rien à redire.
le 2e bémol est lors du pickup à l'arrivée, il y a eu 30mn de retard.
Pour rendre la voiture, c'était très facile, la navette vous ramène à l'aéroport.
Service efficace, correct, rien à redire.

We huurden voor €150 een week lang een volledig all-in auto, zonder verborgen kosten. Alles was perfect geregeld: vriendelijke service, snelle afhandeling en de auto stond netjes klaar. Groot pluspunt was de haal- en brengservice van en naar het vliegveld – supergemakkelijk met gezin. Volgende keer huren we hier zeker weer!

Bonjour vous etes a fuir!!! Accueil deplorable , traduction et prise en charge du vehicule. Moteur sale, systeme electrique,batterie, ouverture des portes bloqués. On a poussé la voiture plusieurs fois pour quelle demarre un geste commercial aurait ete bien et des excuses pour votre manque de professionnalisme.

I was very nervous about using a smaller independent firm, especially as they are off-site, but how wrong could I be! The minibus collected us from outside the terminal after less than 10 minutes and we were at the offices within another 10 minutes. The offices are clean and bright and the staff are smart, enthusiastic and polite. The form filling and signing was very quick and efficient and within 20 minutes we were being shown to our spotless, almost new, little car.
The return procedure was equally smooth and efficient as was the return to the airport.
Overall this was without doubt the best, most stress free car hire I have ever had anywhere in the world. I have already recommended All-In to several family members and friends and wish them continued success for the future. (A return customer discount scheme would be a great idea!)

We hired cars there for many years but now they just cancelled two weeks for our holidays our reservation one sided without a reason. We asked why and they were very rude answering that they can do that. I think they could earn more and just cancelled. Never go there because you are not sure you have a car until the last moment

False advertising, price you see is not the price they my attempt to take from you. Poor communication and neither upfront nor honest regarding fees. Be aware and rent elsewhere.

Found Allin Carhire on the net and was immediately impressed as they’re stating they’ll be doing exactly what we were looking for. Namely providing a Spanish car at an Allin price. No pressure sales on arrival to spend twice what you’ve paid to hire a car for an extra compulsory policy or have a ridiculous amount of euros block charged to your CC.

My experience with AllinCarHire started off on the wrong foot. I arrived in Málaga at midnight and took the transfer bus to their rental station. After signing the contract and receiving my car, I set off—but just 15 minutes into my drive, both the ABS warning light and the tire pressure warning appeared.

Since it was already 01:00, the rental center was closed when I returned back to tell the staff, leaving me with no option but to continue driving for 45 minutes to my rented accommodation. This was an unfortunate and stressful situation, especially as I was in a new country, driving a vehicle with potential safety issues.

However, the next morning, I contacted their support via WhatsApp, and they promptly sent a driver with a replacement car. While the initial experience was concerning, their swift response and professionalism improved my overall impression.

Despite the issue, the company offers good service—the staff speaks English and is helpful. Returning the car was hassle-free. Given their quick resolution of the problem, I would consider renting from them again. However, I do expect a rental company to thoroughly inspect their vehicles before handing them over to customers.

Overall, I rate my experience 4/5 stars.

Stay away from this shitty company. I reserved a car 1 week before just to be sure that when I arrive with my family of 3 children everything to be set. This shit company told me that I have been put on a damn list, they made me wait 1,5h and didn’t turn up. I really don’t recommend this company, stay away!

Very bad experience, do not recommend.

The issue I had was to do with the information supplied on the website. I actually did not rent with them. The website says that they do not rent to anyone under 25 Years but it does not say that they discriminate when you are over 80. They ask for your email address, passport number, DL number et al before informing you that they will not rent to you. After filling in all the requested info I received the following message in all caps:
UNABLE//NO CARS AVAILABLE OVER 75 YEARS OLD.
It's obvious that they are cherry picking in order to offer cheaper prices to some renters.
I told them that if they didn't fix the website home page to inform of this discrimination in three days I would write this review. They replied that the age info was available somewhere in the FAQ's. That response was not acceptable and so you are seeing this rating. All In Car Hire should change their name to Some In Car Hire.

Rented a car from Allincarhire in Málaga. Excellent service, very helpful and the car was very good for the three weeks we had it. Pick up from and back to the airport was very efficient. I would recommend this company and would certainly use them again in future.
