can not fault all in car hire, collected from Malaga airport and was driven to their yard 5 mins away, car was waiting for me right outside the door and i was in and out within 5 mins, no upsell and friendly staff, returned the car at 04.00am and again perfect, shuttle bus was waiting for us in the pouring rain! Highly recommend!

Onlangs hebben we voor de 4de keer bij AllInCarHire een auto gehuurd. De auto die we kregen was zeker niet degene die we besteld hadden, de auto was oud en zeer vuil! Bovendien was de benzinetank zo goed als leeg. Hij stond nog op 2 blokjes. Dus zijn we overeengekomen dat we hem zo ook terug moesten binnenleveren. Wij waren net (+/- 10 minuten) vertrokken en de auto gaf aan dat de tank leeg was, hij stond in het rood, geen blokjes meer. Dus zijn we bij het eerste benzinestation gestopt en hebben getankt. Maar hier ging het helemaal mis! Bij het voltanken (80€) zag ik na een tijdje dat er iets mis liep. De benzine vloeide langs de onderkant van de wagen volledig weg! We hebben AllInCarHire gebeld en na 3 kwartier kwam een mecanicien langs. Die zei dat het onze fout was, dat er niets mis was met de auto!! Ik zei hem dat we niet meer verder reden met deze auto en eisten zijn wagen op, wat na heel wat discussie toch lukte. De tank van deze wagen was ook zo goed als leeg dus die hebben we ook moeten voltanken (totaal 150€) Bij het terugbrengen van de wagen is er na een grote discussie ons amper 40€ terugbetaald! Telkens wij in het verleden een auto huurden, brengen wij deze volgetankt en netjes gepoetst terug naar AllInCarHire! Wij vinden het dus een schande dat zij de eerste tankbeurt van 80€ niet volledig hebben terug betaald! Deze firma verhuurt enorm veel wagens en dit groeit hen een beetje over het hoofd, als de auto's allemaal verhuurd zijn dan krijg je een oude, versleten én zeer vuile auto en niet diegene die je 6 maanden op voorhand al besteld hebt. Nee, aan ons verhuren ze geen wagen meer!

We rented a car October 2024 directly from allincarhire.com/ website and all was perfect, we got exactly the car we reserved, no deposit, exactly as described in the website. defiantly will use the same company each time we are in Costal del sol, excellent customer service.

Very impressed with service, car and staff. Collected promptly both ways. Friendly, efficient and so quick, a delight. Will definitely use again.

Vi leiet bil i Malaga AirPort og er veldig fornøyd med servicen vi fikk av Imad ved ankomst. Han var høflig og pushet ikke på forsikringer. Og vi fikk flasker med kaldt vann før vi kjørte avgårde. Bestilling av bil på hjemmesiden deres var oversiktelige og vi synes vi fikk «good value for money». Vi vil leie her igjen.

Contacted the company online and process very simple and straightforward. They gave me a reasonable price and assured me that this covered everything. Was picked up at the airport as instructed and taken to the company where the car was ready to pickup. Almost new car with only 4000 miles on the clock. Returned the car as arranged, An all round excellent experience with friendly and helpful staff. Would not hesitate to use All in car hire again.

Wir hatten Ende August 2024 für 12 Tage ein Mietauto bei Allincarhire in Malaga gebucht und die allerbesten Erfahrungen gemacht.
Besser geht’s nicht - fast neues Auto mit nur 5.000km auf dem Tacho - sehr günstiger Preis - mit all incl. - kein Versuch irgendwelche Zusatzleistungen zu verticken.
Alles wie im Vorfeld online gebucht -
Autoübergabe innerhalb von 5 Minuten.
Bei Ankunft am Flughafen bei denen angerufen und zum Meetingpoint gelaufen ( geradeaus beim Flughafenausgang über die Straße rüber! - ca 2 Minuten ) - dann kam auch gleich der blau/orangene Transit von denen und nach ein paar Minuten waren wir bei der Autovermietung.
Sehr relaxte Atmosphäre- kein Stress und keine Hektik - alles war online gebucht - Personalausweis, Führerschein - per Bankcard bezahlt und fertig. Die unterschriebene Auftragskopie dient dann als Autopapiere.
Habe noch ein kleines Video bzw. Fotos von wenigen kleinen Kratzern gemacht-
worauf der Mitarbeiter von denen höflich bemerkte, dass das Auto mit Vollkasko ohne SB versichert sei.
Beim Autoabgeben - absolut kein Problem - der hat nur auf die Tankanzeige geschaut - dann haben die uns gleich mit dem Transit kostenlos zum Flughafen gefahren.
Als penibler Deutscher habe ich ausnahmsweise rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Im Gegenteil - CHAPEAU !👍👋das nächste Mal sehr gerne wieder

Wir hatten schon wochenlang vor dem 02.09.24 online gebucht. Als wir ankamen, wurde uns ein total verdrecktes Auto zugewiesen. Wir haben es sofort reklamiert. Der Mitarbeiter hatte nur ein Schulterzucken übrig mit den Worten "Wir haben keine Zeit dafür, sie können ihr Geld wieder haben und gehen woanders hin". Auf unser drängen hin ging ein Mitarbeiter mit der uns fast wörtlich das gleichen sagte. Wie auswendig gelernt.
Wir haben uns erpresst gefühlt, denn
wer geht nach einer strapaziösen Anreise zu Fuß mit zwei Koffer und Rucksäcken einen anderen Verleiher suchen. Wir mussten da schon unsere Kleidung säubern weil auch die Sitze total Schmutzig waren.
Nach kurzer fahrt stellten wir fest, dass der Reifendruck nicht ok war. In einem Reifen steckte eine Schraube und bei den anderen war auch viel zu wenig Luft. Es gibt eine Anzeige im Amaturenbrett die aber nichts angezeigte.
Das hat uns zwei Stunden Aufenthalt und 15 € gekostet.
Leider überdeckt der schlechte und überhebliche Umgang mit einer Reklamation sowie die Abgabe von nicht Verkehrstauglichen Autos das gute Konzept von Allincarhire.
Nach kurzer Zeit kam dann diese Meldung "Reifendruck prüfen". Beim Anruf bei der Verleihfirma wurde gesagt, kommen sie her, denn wir können nichts sagen wenn das Auto nicht hier ist. Da waren wir ca. 300 Kilometer weit weg von Malaga.
Es waren insgesamt dann drei Schäden an den Reifen die auf fehlende Wartung zurückzuführen sind. Denn an zwei weiteren haben wir in einer Werkstatt alte undichte Flickstellen reparieren lassen. Weiter 20 € bezahlt und einen Urlaubstag verloren. Weiterhin waren die Scheibenwischer nicht nutzbar weil die Gummis völlig abgenutzt waren. So ein verkehrsuntaugliches Fahrzeug wurde uns übergeben.

Lasst euch nicht von den guten Rezensionen blenden, für uns war es
das schlechteste Auto und allincarhire die schlechteste Leihwagenfirma die wir in all den Jahren kennen gelernt haben.

Je déconseille fortement All In Car Hire Malaga elle ne respecte pas ses engagements. J'ai réservé un service via leur site et, à mon arrivée à Malaga, j'ai tenté de les contacter à plusieurs reprises sans succès. J'ai laissé des messages sur WhatsApp étaient marqués comme lus, mais je n'ai pas reçu de réponse. Ils m'ont laissé attendre à l'aéroport à une heure très tardive avec mes enfants de bas âge, ce qui est un manque de respect total.
Après plus d'une heure d'attente, j'ai enfin reçu un message stipulant que je n'avais pas fourni les informations nécessaires. Pourtant, j'avais bien transmis toutes les informations requises, y compris le numéro de vol et les numéros de permis de ma conjointe et moi.
Ce contretemps m'a causé des problèmes avec mon hôte Airbnb, car je n'ai pas pu respecter l'heure convenue pour la remise des clés. Je suis extrêmement déçu par ce service. A fuire !

Manifestement le meilleur loueur à Malaga
Pendant des années nous avons eu recours au service d'une grande agence de location à l'aéroport. Puis les prix sont devenus déraisonnables.
Nous avons tenté allincarhire. 4-5 expérience et que du positif. La navette est souvent plus rapide que le temps d'attente d'un loueur de l'aéroport, véhicule impeccable, un service au top de chacun, et un prix quasi divisé par quatre par rapport au prix de l'aéroport.

Vriendelijke en snelle service; ze denken graag mee. We huren hier voor de 2e keer. Bij aankomst bleken de koffers niet te passen, geen probleem we mochten ook een minibus huren ipv de C4 voor dezelfde prijs. Met passen en meten, toch alle koffers in de C4. Medewerker heeft ook nog even de navigatie ingesteld en kinderzitje mocht gratis mee. Zowel ophalen als terugbrengen naar luchthaven verliep vlot door vriendelijke chauffeur.

First time using this company and couldn’t fault. Phoned once we had our luggage, told where to wait for shuttle bus, bus waiting when we got to pick up point . All we had to do was pay for the car, no trying to add further costs like others car hire companies. Hassle free when returning and quick transfer to airport. Highly recommend.

We have being hiring from this company for over 10 years couldn't be more satisfied

I researched this company before booking and on arrival in Malaga was impressed with the service received when picking up the car.
Fast forward 2 days when we were pulled over by armed Spanish police. After being made to wait for several minutes we were advised that it was ILLEGAL for the car to be on the road. It had not had an ITV ( equivalent to MOT) test since September 2022 - something which should have been done on an annual basis. This experience was very stressful for my family.

I was concerned that the car could potentially be unroadworthy and dangerous. By hiring the car to us, this company had put the lives of my family and other road users at risk.
I contacted the company and they delivered a replacement car to us later that day but there was no apology or explanation at all.
The next day I received a short email from Enriquez ( who says he is in charge of the whole company) apologising for the ‘ inconvenience’. I replied to say that I felt that it was much more than ‘ inconvenience’. He said that it was an oversight at the garage and despite several other emails between us since, he has still not answered any of my other questions or offered anything other than a curt apology.
If you want to be sure to hire a car which is legal to be on the road, don’t use this company.

1st time user of company and have nothing but praise, vehicle was well presented, the baby seat and bolster seat we asked for were ready, handover and return were nice and easy, pick and airport drop off was excellent. Very good value.

CANCELLED ON ME WHEN I TURNED UP LEAVING ME AND MY BABY IN THE HEAT! Families especially stay clear to avoid being left stranded when they cancel on you as you arrive. All was going well, until we were told we could rebook the car to extend it when we collected it. Then told we couldn't so had to make 3x trips to the airport.
My partner dropped me off to collect the other hire car and he went back to work in a cab. I was then accused of driving the car which I explained no my partner drop me off. Which he then point blank refused to give me the other car I had hired. Smiling smirking knowing me and my baby left with nothing. I now have 0 car stranded with a 8 month old baby. Old, man mid - over weight l'd say about 70 is who done this. And he smiled as I went back saying like please why? I have a baby I wasn't driving the car. Yet he laugh said well we aren't giving you a car. Horrible horrible nasty man. And a shame he has ruined it. You can be as good of a company as you like but to send a returning customer, a mum and their 8 month old baby away when I was waiting there for collecting it terrible. Absolutely outrageous. Disgusting. He then said the car was left poorly, completely untrue, I took everything out of the car and all rubbish was put into a bag, STAY CLEAR families, individuals but especially those with families as they'll leave you helpless and do it with a smile on their face!!!!
