My only issue was I ordered Natural and…

My only issue was I ordered Natural and got Pine, when I went back on the site to double check there was no Pine. The problem is Pine is darker than Natural, but to much trouble to send back.

Fun, colorful outdoor accent pieces

I love the two outdoor lounge chairs I purchased. They are super modern, comfortable, and look great in my backyard. I’ll look at your site in the future if I need fun pieces.

Purchasing on the website was good

Purchasing on the website was good. The delivery is a total mess . Said it coming on 5/14 and said on the day delivery that time has changed to 5/20. Unacceptable

Quick delivery

I was amazed that I could order the chair and receive it the next day. Although the item arrived damaged I was able to get a replacement just as quick!

Bad communication

We were told by a customer service agent that all of the furniture would be received by May 11. We didn't receive anything on May 11. On May 12 we received a notification that the furniture would be delivered. We waited all morning. The dresser arrived but the bed did not. Still no notification on when the bed will arrive. Wouldn't have bought this is we had known the shipment date was indefinite.

Our only problem was that our delivery…

Our only problem was that our delivery was delayed, but we were never notified. We waited at home 2 days for nothing. Better communication would have been appreciated.

Purchased something saying in stock

Purchased something saying in stock, was given a delivery date, then it’s a delayed I had to reach out to the company who wasn’t able to verify when I would get the item. Received an update a few days later online saying it’s back ordered for a few months.

I’ve had good and bad experiences with…

I’ve had good and bad experiences with AllModern - I’m worried to order anything that’s been in a warehouse for months of even years after my rug came mildewy - opened my eyes to how long some of these items have been in storage.

Delivery disaster

When I purchased the planters last Monday, 5/4, the two shipments both said delivery by 5/7. Then I received a new email stating that the second shipment would be here 5/7-5/13. I called to cancel since I could find a different supplier to delivery it sooner but was told that since it’s in process, I couldn’t.
I just called again this morning to check the status only to be told that the second shipment hasn’t even been picked up yet. He said he’ll put a rush on it for delivery by this Friday but had I known how unreliable your delivery process is, and after spending several thousand dollars on these planters, I would’ve shopped elsewhere.

Horrible

Horrible! 7 phone calls and I have yet to receive my bed. Delivery address was incorrect and attempts to update address have been next to impossible! Delivery drivers did not bother to call us at our number provided for delivery contact. 1st and last time ordering with All Modern.
