I was a happy customer until last time
I was a happy customer until last time. I did ordered a purchase and my credit card ( I did use previously which I didn’t type yet) went right away. It wasn’t even confirmed by me, just went to end. So, all information about our credit cards are keeping illegal on this website ( I didn’t even open account). After long talk with representative of All modern about this discovery and asking to help to change to different credit card and why this happened, I have only lips service. Nothing was done, just empty promises. Very sad, going to call BBB because people need to know what they can expect from this website.

The chair is great quality for the price, just as pictured, velvet is soft and plush, not cheap-feeling. Easy to put together. The lumbar pillow is just for looks, it is not very comfy on your back, but the chair is comfortable without using it. Shipping was fast and arrived just when expected.

Mirror we received was cracked, the towel rail was too thin and neither could be returned. We received a small portion of the cost of the mirror as a discount.

The hero piece of my living room
My credenza arrived within 4 days of ordering it. My husband had it assembled in about an hour and it looks great! It is exactly what I had hoped it would look like.

Shipping always late or not at all…
Your shipping cannot be depended on. For Christmas I called the help desk 3 times with all confirming that my Dec 14 purchase for my wife’s Christmas gift was in route. The gift never showed.
Now it’s happening again for Mother’s Day - my wife’s gift remains “ready to ship” for days with the delivery date never changing. (As an update, the shipping date finally changed and it won’t be delivered in time for tomorrow’s Mother Day. I added a 2nd star for this “progress”.)
