Almost a year ago I contacted Allsup Employment Services. I talked with a recruiter who told me that they would be able to get me a job from home making over 30k a year. The recruiter convinced me to unenroll from my local vocation rehabilitation which I did.

Since then? Nothing. Emails asking me if I need anything when they never even delivered what was promised. I constantly reiterated my needs and it wasn't until Friday Aug 15th 2025 that I learned the truth.

When I finally confronted them about this they listed how they were able to help and it was nothing like their recruiter promised.

Now my social security disability and my home and my whole life is in jeopardy.

This place is predatory and only offers coaching for people who are already able enough for coaching to be beneficial. Basically they can only help those who can help themselves which is not me.

I'm in a worse place for having trusted AES.

Just awful! They make believe that they are trying to contact you, but it is 99% impossible to reach anyone via telephone, email, or chat. My advice, stay far away. And, look at all the boiler plate, uncaring responses from them on this thread. I am going to go somewhere else, having wasted over a month of my time with absolutely nothing to show for it! What an unprofessional, irresponsible "agency"...

They always answer the phone or call you right back when you have a question.

Ms Sharena Taylor, is an amazing caseworker. She went above and beyond to assist me. No matter what she was doing, she made time to help me. That made me feel important. Her customer service skills are outstanding and she deserves to be recognized for exemplary service!

I called in to sign up for SSDI ticket to work program and spoke with Mo Meya
Intake Specialist at
Allsup Employment Services and he provided me with all I needed to sign up and was professionalism very helpful and concise and was able to sign up and get the ball rolling. I greatly appreciate you folks and Mo for the assistance.. Looking forward to working with your team in my job search and goals…

The process was explained in how it operates. It may change somewhat depending on answers given. It has been awhile since being employed, but I'll give it my best. I'm looking forward to employment again....

Every one that I have spoken with has been very nice, supportive, professional, and knowledgeable explaining all aspects of the SSDI Ticket to work. They have been proficient and helpful working in a timely manner to ensure that they get you what you need. I have been very impressed with the quality of their services being offered. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!

I’m having challenges with social security so I called Allsup. A couple of people would not help but on another try I got Holly. Holly has been nothing short of amazing in helping me getting resolution. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and got right on the phone with SSA to help. She has given me pointers and information as well as submitted all my paperwork. Thank you, Holly!
