The program really help me financially. I was on recovery for three years and had really used up most of my resources. So the program has been a big help. I was very thankful for the opportunity.

Ms Hunter provided me with utmost support and with all the areas I needed for especially with my appealing resume. She always returns my call everytime
I leave her a message about any questions concerning my resume, cover letter and employers who could possibly hire or at least step my foot on an interview. She’s very patient, very polite and accommodating case worker, always reachable. Her work ethics is excellent!.

What gave me a truly great experience throughout this convoluted process were the personal that made this process; not only simplified but possible. Ms. Eva Sharp my work infinitive specialist, Mrs.
Kelly Morrison my unemployed case manager and Mr. Darby Dacroden my vocational case coordinator. I cant emphases the patience and consistency that these individuals implemented on my behalf for an effective follow through.

As a long term customer, I appreciate the fact that each question I create gets recognize and answered. When after having major surgery, trying to work, I lost my job and needed help. Within 24 hours AllSup was on it helping me with my unique situation.

My reprsentative was cordial and informative, she asked probing questions about my work history and my various titles. She spoke to me about how the agency operated and the types of support available and stressed the importance of open lines of communication.

Absolutely phenomenal 👏 they have helped me through so many phases of my journey in dealing with a life threatening disease and helping me secure social security disability and helping me with the back to work program and being so kind and helpful. I can't say enough things about Allsup! Thank You for making my life easier.

Allsup really makes the complicated process of ticket to work really easy and they give you plenty of reminders and instructions on what you need to do to be successful. Recently I spoke with Megan B. - I have worked with her in the past but didn’t get her name, she is the sweetest employee, not only did she help me out with my paperwork, she went the extra mile and updated my file so that everything would be complete for a while. She wasn’t pushy or cold- she had compassion and was patient with me when I didn’t understand something- she was professional and thorough and made me feel like I wasn’t just another number! I believe she would make a wonderful manager or trainer and hopefully Allsup feels the same way! Nonetheless, Bravo Megan! And bravo Allsup for hiring people who genuinely care!

Megan was very professional very helpful, she followed up with me after I had a phone call with SS , she explained the form I had to fill out we could do it over email and she walked me through it to give SS accurate information, we spent over 2 hrs on the phone over a matter of 2 days to get this info correct , I’ve had other experiences with Allsup employees that were not as pleasant, she cared about what she was doing to get my benefits restarted , in the future I hope she’s only one I have to deal with

I HAVE BEEN CALLING ANNA AND NOT GETTING A CALL BACK. I WAS ADVISED THAT ANNA WAS SCHEDULED TO ME BACK LAST MONDAY AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER YET.

I have had numerous conversations with Allsup employees and not all of them have been pleasant, but I had the privilege of Megan helping me last time, she went out of her way to help me fix my issue and even followed up days later to conclude all paperwork needed for SS, if in the future I have to contact any one from Allsup I honestly hope she’s the one I get to deal with my questions , she’s an asset to us all that need help or have questions , thanks you again for all your help
