Sharena Taylor went above and beyond with helping me with a miscommunication with social security and a wrong amount of a repayment! She helped me every step of the way! I am beyond grateful for helping me relieve some of my stress!

My counselor is always checking up on me, making sure she give me leads on jobs in my field. I find that very helpful.

Yes that’s all I know how to be Honest Ms. Taylor went above and beyond helping me what I mean is she set up a conference with the SSA to let them know that they never let y’all know that they were going all the way back to 2015 when I wasn’t even with Allsup and just helping me giving me suggestions and support and I appreciate that and I will always appreciate that plus with someone who has mental health issues out this world god knows y’all need more people like her.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽♥️💯💯♥️🌹

My Allsup Rep Megan is awesome. When I decided to return to work there were other employers who offered the ticket to work program. I am so glad I chose Allsup. Megan is very knowledgeable about the program. When I injured myself on the job she made sure I knew my options, all the while still helping other members. Megan really cares. She's like the sister I never had. Thanks Megan for all your help!!

The response time when submitting information is great, the communication and resources could be more clear and transparent, some job descriptions and one on one could be enhanced or revamped. There’s not a lot or enough support to get recipients motivated

I guess this company is not able to help everyone the way the company professes to be able to, nor the way all the raving good reviews say they were helped by this company. My experience was completely the opposite, and totally unsuccessful for me. Good luck to anyone else who might cross this path on their journey too!
