I've been doing ticket to work since October. Was told I'd get a $150 incentive every 3 months. It's been 9 months almost and I haven't received a penny from allsup. They keep saying they didn't receive the fax from my employer for my wages which has been faxed 3 times with proof the fax sent. I've already called SSA and was told to not submit anything else to allsup until I get my incentive. That way allsup doesn't get their fee either. I just want it resolved but keep getting the runaround with them. Maybe a lawsuit for false advertisement is in order !!! After reading your bs response, I call more lies. I've tried numerous times to discuss the issue in private but keep getting the runaround. Blasting you on social media was my only recourse until today. I have a meeting with my congressman coming up soon. He's very interested in my inquiry.

The Representative handling my case has been utmost way and beyond in helping me to achieve my goal in employment. Although there has been many flaws with my medical issues, I am still looking forward to remote jobs...

The challenges I have been struggling with have been overwhelming and have contributed to depression.
Ms. Taylor fully grasped the complexity of the problems. She patiently listened and I felt heard and supported. She walked me through each step and stayed on the phone with me when I had to speak to other agencies. She made follow up calls and emails to check in on my progress. She demonstrated real care for me as a person. Her skill at using her voice to calm and encourage me was amazing. As I mentioned my struggle with depression and my health is difficult. My memory is affected. Ms. Taylor felt like a life line had been given to me. I would rate her as one of the Top Rated service professionals that I have ever worked with.

But, the one thing I did not like about it you only so many hours and make very little money

I was given all Wrong Information from Day 1, When I finally spoke to a Real counselor. I was not sent information of my status. When I got the information it was too late I was already over the income, Being threatened to take your check. Does not feel secure

Rene was very Patient with me and even stayed on the phone when she called social the Social Security office. I appreciate her and the services that she provided. She was very kind and that’s a hard thing to come by lately.

Very helpful just starting with you all but so optimistic about where I'm headed

I went back to work part time after a long 5 yrs of not working due to having cancer, treatment and recovering. There was an AES employee, i can't recall her name, but she said she's a pastor, she was what i needed when i made the call to AES to withdraw from TTW program. I was so disappointed that i learned that my body was not going to allow me to work more than 15 hours or so per week. I felt ashamed and defeated as i learned that i was no where near meeting the goals of the TTW program. The pastor on the call turned me around with her compassion and positivity.Her kindness was over the top. I learned that one kind person can have a big impact on others. Thank you Pastor!
