The representative went over and above by calling Social Security for me twice and remembering to call me back the following day to try again. She spent as much time as was needed to get everything done and was patient.

My experience with Allsup and especially the representative I spoke to was excellent. Initially I was overwhelmed, frustrated and confused with the process of submitting the appropriate forms. Before I was receiving conflicting information about various forms but the representative I spoke to on 02/16/2024 was very thorough and clarified everything. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate. By the
end of our conversation a burden was lifted from me. She was very patient and understanding so much that she allowed me to fill out forms while on the phone. She explained the Allsup program to me in detail then took the time to answer my questions. What I appreciate the most is the follow up call.
