Wij hebben het XXL hondenbed ontvangen en de honden en de katten zijn er gek op! Het bed is zo groot dat wij er zelfs ook in liggen met onze honden! Echt een aanrader!

I have ordered one item it came in the delivery partly. The stated delivery term was 4 to 8 day. Now it's 3 weeks after the order and nobody knows where is my order or when it will be delivered. Support is asking me to keep calling some intermediate delivery provider which I know nothing about. They even asked me to leave a review on this website. All I have after almost a month of wait time is less than half of the item which doesn't properly work without the counterpart.

We absolutely love our Ambient Lounge dog beds! The beds are stylish, comfortable and beautifully made. The quality is top-notch and it fits perfectly into our interior. We love being able to customise the colours and covers, which are easy to wash. It’s a beautiful addition to our home and the perfect spot for our dog (and us) to relax!

We are extremely impressed with our Ambient Lounge XXL Rebound Foam Mattress Dog Bed.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Shipping was incredibly quick, and the bed was very easy to set up. There was no unpleasant smell and no waiting around for the foam to expand — it was ready to use straight away.

We bought the XXL in Grey for our Belgian Malinois, Kira, and it is absolutely perfect for her. The Rebound Foam is fantastic quality: supportive, comfortable and extremely durable. The bed is also so large and sturdy that we can actually lie on it together!

Most importantly, Kira absolutely loves it. She has started sleeping on her Ambient Lounge bed every night and has actually stopped sleeping on my bed! She sleeps for much longer and seems noticeably more comfortable and settled.

The quality of the construction is excellent. Everything feels extremely well made and thoughtfully designed, and I am confident this bed will last her for many years — potentially her entire lifetime. I particularly love the removable cover, as it makes keeping the bed clean much easier.

The versatility is another huge plus. The top can be removed during warmer weather, and the mattress can also be used outdoors, making it suitable throughout the year.

We chose Grey because it fits perfectly with our living room, and I love that the bed looks stylish enough to actually complement the interior rather than looking out of place.

For the quality, durability, comfort and design, we think this is an excellent bed at a great price. Kira has completely approved it, and we would absolutely recommend Ambient Lounge to anyone looking for a high-quality bed, especially owners of large breeds.

Het hondenbed van Ambient Lounge is echt een fijne plek voor onze hondjes. Het matras voelt stevig en ondersteunend, maar tegelijkertijd heerlijk zacht en comfortabel. De opstaande rand is ideaal om lekker tegenaan te kruipen en de hoes is makkelijk afneembaar en schoon te maken. Een mooi, comfortabel en praktisch hondenbed waar ze graag in liggen!

It was quick, dog bed arrived to Croatia within 5 days. NO complaint.

Perfect company, sending to Belgium was not a problem. Our dogs love the pet bed!

After seeing the loungers in various communal cinema rooms which we service in high end apartment blooks, loved the loungers and bought a pair for home.

The wear on the Fabric and the amount of furring was ridiculous. I took some video of my loungers and also of some loungers which were 8 yrs old with heavy usage. which looked like new still.
My loungers looked a mess.
when i sent the videos to Ambient lounge. they dismissed it as wear. what after 5 months....

if you want a nice product but when it fails they take no responsibility for or off you any warranty.

If I could put a minus star I would I bought one of their medium sized dog beds which they advised was the correct size for my cockapoo however the bed was too small cost me £169 and came in a ripped plastic bag not vacuumed packed like advertised and after a lot of emails they finally took it back but it cost me £40 to return I then tried to order a large bed through Amazon and paid for it but Laarni Otero decided to cancel my order and tried to blame Amazon’s website which I found out had nothing to do with Amazon at all and it was in fact this so called manager who decided to cancel my order because I returned a previous order. Terrible customer service from this woman who said she was the manager and in charge as I asked to speak to someone else. Obviously this company doesn’t have good customer service and not that fussed to lose a £229 sale would never recommend them to anyone after their numerous lies extremely bad customer service avoid them at all cost as if you buy something you will struggle to return it and get your money back without a fight.
