The GREATEST CREW ever!!! They went over & beyond what was expected. Jessica & Stephen knew your names immediately & always had time to talk with you. They made it the best. Let’s not forget Temekla & her always smiling face. Along with Brandon Mike David Leah Madison & Mandy. Like I said it was a great crew.

The Staff Were Amazing
The staff were amazing. The food was top quality. The excursions were well thought out and executed. The daily historical presentations were excellent and the presenter was great! We loved all of the evening entertainment.

the most important factor in the 5 star review was because of the crew
the most important factor in the 5 stars is due to the exceptional crew. the ship was wonderful, the excursions very good, the food good but the crew, with their smiles, grace and genuine caring made the cruise very special for my husband and I.
I will name just a few for outstanding service:
Seth mostly in the Sky Lounge
Clay was everywhere and always smiling a was Caleb, Travis, Jack-Jessica-Berto in the dining room, Mackenzie & Serenia so much fun always smiling and gracious. Robert was outstanding for history, making us laugh and enjoying his wonderful voice.
I also need to mention our cabin steward, who was so very thoughtful and thorough.

Wonderful trip

The total crew was outstanding
The total crew was outstanding. They appear to be sincerely interested in making you happy. Food choices were designed to cover almost any dietary restriction. Great selection of shore excursions. The ship was so clean, everywhere. This was my second trip with ACL; I've signed up for three more! Only one complaint. There are 8 single tables (one was "reserved," which defeats the "open seating" promise. However, they were all taken by couples, leaving those of us who are single to sit alone at tables for 4. Can you add more single tables?

Accommodations were great. Nice and big stateroom with plenty of storage space. Bathroom and shower were the best

Great cruise down the Mississippi!
Great cruise! Staff worked well together across all departments as 1 cohesive unit. Rooms spacious & comfortable. The ship was very clean & well- maintained. Nightly entertainment & daily historian were great. Excursions were very interesting. Food service was, for the most part, wonderful although service was a little spotty sometimes. Beverage service was great! I observed that the staff as very accommodating to those with disabilities. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Columbia and Snake River
We had a wonderful trip and very much enjoyed the information provided during the ships movements up the Columbia River where Lewis and Clark once traveled. The stops along the way were all well worth the time to take in with knowledgeable local guides. Oh, and the food was top notch.

A Lovely Trip

Your crew is so exceptional. I walk with a cane and they are always around to assist me if I need it. Food is fantastic!!!
Excursions are so nice too. Some I can't go on because to too much walking, but the ones I've been on are great. Have 3 more cruises booked through next year.

Great cruise
The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Food in the dining room was very good and there was a nice selection at each meal. There was also a nice choice of excursions to choose from.
