Best ACL Cruise
Wow! Our best trip yet with ACL. Amelia Island to Key West to Saint Petersburg is a wonderful itinerary. Brand new ship, American Pioneer, great crew, great service, great food. Our server, Daniel, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and proud of his company. Maria is the best Cruise Director we have ever had. We recommend ACL to all of our friends.

A great experience
Beautiful ship, awesome crew, great, thoughtfully curated excursions, wonderful food, gifted subject expert lectures and super entertainment each evening.
This was our 5th ACL cruise, and It keeps us coming back for further cruises.

The Columbia and Snake River Cruise had beautiful, dramatic scenery, interesting and well guided excursions, comfortable accommodations, terrific food, friendly crew, interesting enrichment/ history talks and was a pleasant experience altogether.

ACLines Handles It All!
I had written a previous review. I wanted to add that this was my first cruise ever so I have nothing to compare this one to. For a first cruise, I loved the leisure and relaxation of it. I loved that we had the same young man cleaning our room every day as that gave us a chance to talk to him and build a repore with him. The wait staff worked so hard. If there were problems with the food or wait time, it was not their fault. They made every effort to please their tables and talked to us as if we were old friends. They made my mom & I feel comfortable. Overall, I WOULD recommend this cruise line as everyone from the top to the bottom was helpful, accomodating, and oh so friendly.

It's the Small Things
I liked the fact that the pricing is all inclusive (tips, tax, liquor), the ability to order 1/2 portions at dinner, and the availability to do small loads of wash if necessary.

Lovely itinerary-Puget Sound
Lovely itinerary, staff was loving and helpful, beautiful ports. Need to work on food and menu. Hot food not hot, salads warm, don’t try to be so “gourmet.” Sauces not up to par. How about some good, hot American choices? Excellent cruise director Kristin and excursions Hannah. Good entertainment. Nice and clean. Need more Solo rooms, people our age have expendable income and enjoy our own rooms.

The itinerary was perfect
The itinerary was perfect - Charleston down to Amelia Island on a small ship with great rooms and great food. The weather was perfect, and the service outstanding. Can’t wait for our next cruise!

The staff and crew are always polite…
The staff and crew are always polite and friendly wherever you pass them. Like the ship because it has fewer passengers than the gigantic cruisers. Always something to do if you do not do an off the ship trip. Like the variety of off shore trips.like booking next trip for 15% discount. Already have two more trips this year to look forward to.

As always I had a wonderful trip on my 3rd ACL voyage. This trip was memorable and the staff/crew were fantastic. But unfortunately, being the first cruise of the season the kitchen staff just didn’t get it together …. I know that they’ll grow through the season but feel bad for those first time ACL cruisers who likely won’t come back and said that Viking was better….

Another great trip on the books
As always, I was treated so well on The American Legend for the American Revolution Cruise. I enjoyed the meals, the entertainment and the excursions. The Captain made us as comfortable as possible during a short period of rough seas. Every detail was appreciated.

Only disappointment was unripe fruit served at every meal. Stick with the berries if you can't get ripe melons, pineapples.
