Beautiful memorial grave arrangements for Christmas. Unfortunately delivery boxes crushed and broken on both orders. Luckily flowers were not damaged in both cases. Courier told me that both packages were at bottom of pile even though fragile tape used but had come unstuck in places. Delivery on both was after 19 00hrs!!!

The flowers that I ordered were beautiful, even better than I expected.
The packaging wasn’t very good though. It looked like it was made from two different size boxes slotted together. The two halves weren’t even fixed together so they could’ve been opened by anybody without having to cut the tape. However the flowers were undamaged and exactly what I ordered.

Flowers were beautiful prices were good and quick delivery only hiccup I didn't like was I ordered a delivery of 3 grave flower pots and was charged delivery fair enough I ordered another flower pot half hour later was charged delivery for that but they all came boxed in the one delivery box surely only one charge should have been taken my only gripe

The website is well set out and easy to order. They now have a shop in Great Yarmouth so if you are up that way you can look in the shop with has a huge range.
