I made an order and it has sat…
I made an order and it has sat unfulfilled for days. Their shipping policy states 1-2 business days for processing. I have emailed them and no response has been received. I tried calling them and it's a Google phone line and the prompt just states that no one is available at this time. I would not recommend this company.
Update on the day I posted the review I received an email from support stating that their processing time was 5-7 days and to be patient. I asked that the order be canceled because that was not what they stated on their site. I waited and they did not cancel the order so I did it through PayPal and received a refund. On 10/21/23 I received the product. And informed PayPal so they could take the refund back which they did immediately.
I still will not do business again with this company the fact that they misrepresent their 24/7 support. And that they don't even know when the product has actually shipped gives me pause.

Not a reliable company
+ The communication was good and smooth and delivered product was like described.
- Shipping to EU was very slow (due to Chinese New Year?!?) . They promote that they have goods in EU. The ordered came from Singapore and I had to pay the duties taxes also what was unexpected.
- When I have opened the package, I have fount only 2 of 3 ordered items. After the communication with the seller, they agreed to make me a full refund of the third missing item. But the refund did not work as their Pay Pal account is under the review probably due to several other problems.
I have fixed my case with refund of Pay Pal on the end lucky. I do not recommend to do a business with this seller.
That product can be ordered also by some other third party sellers too which are more reliable.
