Ace company and products with great service
Ross is always quick to respond to any queries about use of products. The A-Kem products themselves are superb, and are incredible value for money. I’m guessing this is because the money goes into product as opposed to fancy packaging. I use Citraclean as a TFR as it is safe to use on ceramic coated vehicles, but still loosens off grime. (love the measuring system in the bottle) I put the Ultrafoam over the top of that and that gets rid of most of the dirt without having to touch the vehicle. Just bought the wheel cleaner and that is a revelation. Ace company and products with great service

I received my order from Ross on Monday, very happy with the products but even more so with the service!! Excellent service, Ross took the time to explain and advise in the use of each product! My car and motorbike are shining! Will definitely be a return customer.

Where is it? 7 days later and not dispatched
Can’t review the product as I haven’t received anything. It’s been 7 days and so far the shipping label has been created but the tracking from Royal Mail is saying that the parcel still hasn’t been handed to them

Hi Jonathan,
I appreciate the frustration when a delivery doesn’t move as expected. In this case, the Royal Mail tracking showed that a label had been created but the parcel was not progressing through their network.
Unfortunately, I was not made aware of any issue until you contacted me after 7 days. As soon as you did, I investigated immediately, confirmed the parcel had been lost or undelivered by Royal Mail, and sent a replacement out straight away at no cost to yourself.
Had I been contacted earlier, I could have resolved this sooner. I’m always happy to help and do so quickly when issues are brought to my attention.
Given that the matter was addressed promptly once known, I do feel a 2-star review is a little harsh, but I hope the replacement arrives without further issue and that the product itself meets expectations.

I’m sorry for the delay and confusion caused by Royal Mail in this instance. I was advised by you that the parcel was damaged in transit and to be returned before delivery, which has not happened.
Despite having no response from Royal Mail at the time, I still sent a replacement out free of charge to ensure you were not left without your order. That is the standard I operate to, even when the issue lies with the courier rather than the business.
As a small independent company, I rely heavily on customer feedback, and a 1-star review for a Royal Mail handling issue does not accurately reflect the service provided by A-Kem. I always take responsibility for resolving problems, but I cannot prevent damage caused once a parcel leaves my premises.
I hope the replacement arrives safely and that you’re happy with the product itself.
