Great product, prompt delivery.

Appears easy to use but I haven't had to use it in real conditions but that could be this weekend if the storms arrive.

Anker Solarbank 4 E5000 Pro, 500w Solar panels & EV charger - Really pleased with the products, the delivery and using the App. Really well made bit of kit. Purchased during their sale and via TopCashback, so really pleased with the price.

All products are good quality and work like a charm. A question I had was very promptly answered by the team and I could buy the right cable straight away. Very pleased with products, service and company.

The product is great and I would have given it 5 stars (S2000). The reason for 3 stars was the purchasing experience. The promotion stated that it would come with a free camping chair but kept trying to charge me for the chair, I ended up having to remove the chair from the basket, hence I didn't receive the chair.

The product is well described, and priced well. Where questions existed that were not answered the call to the support team was most rewarding. Their attitude to their customers is second to none, and a shout out to Lily, part of that team does not go amiss.
All in all a completely good experience.

Carry bag however very expensive compared with the USA. There it’s 49dollars here it’s £80 what a rip off.

Prompt delivery and well packed. Most functions run via the app. The app is adequate… but not particularly user friendly. Meanwhile, the important part… it is an excellent battery. I have a large fridge freezer plugged into it and some lamps. It’s set to recharge overnight at cheap rate and discharges from itself at peak times. All of this is adjustable through that aforementioned app (!).

Shocking after care, order not delivered on time and Ai bot was the only communication, price was cheaper for the S2000 power bank on Amazon than direct from Anker Solix even after I waited weeks for the launch “special Offer” 1* overall

Great better cat should’ve got one years ago

I have a few Portable power stations and I get on great with my Anker Solix C2000 Gen 2. This power station charges quicker and also has a lot of staying power when used a lot. I use my power stations every week and I am very impressed with the power and how long it takes to run down.

Ordered a Solar 5kWh battery on 11th Oct 2026 and cancelled it the following morning on 12th Oct. before it was dispatched. They offered me £15 to keep it but I insisted it was to be cancelled. It was still dispatched and we were instructed to refuse it. We did this 5 days ago and we are still waiting for a refund. The battery is sat in the Courriers facility at Birmingham Hub where it's been for 5 days. It's now the 20th so doubt I will get my refund of nearly £1600 before the end of this month.

Very happy with s2000. Great for my sleep apnea machine uses 10% of the charge for a full 10hrs sleep. Easy to use with the phone app.

I was researching for a long time for what would be the best product for my needs and the Anker Solix fits the bill entirely. It charges very fast in the sun, it's compact, not too heavy to carry around, great little helper. The customer support is out of this world, they were ever so helpful, patient, responsive and have literally gone over and above to help me out. I cannot thank them enough, truly rare and highly appreciated.

This review is in respect of the quality of service in ordering and receiving a product from Anker SOLIX UK.

The product was ordered on a Friday with standard shipping, and was delivered the following Monday. The courier used was Federal Express. I do not recall receiving a ‘specific’ intended delivery date. A confirmation of order email was received that indicated ‘3-7 business days’ was the anticipated delivery timeframe.

In addition to the email confirming my order, I was notified by email of (a) the day the product was shipped and (b) the day the product had been delivered.

Ordering and delivery met expectations.
