Anker SOLIX UK Avaliações

Our dealings with Anker Solix were fine and the product is excellent. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was their courier who properly messed us around. All was well in the end but it was frustrating. Customer service from Anker was exceptional.

Very satisfied with c2000 , is very quiet and easy to use,

Good product as described delivered promptly. I am elderly and can manage to lift this battery around. It is very easy to use. I charge it up overnight on cheap rate and use it for various jobs either in garden e.g mowing lawn or indoors e.g ironing, heated drier etc.

Very good service. Arrived with a few days. Packaging was excellent everything clear and precise. Setup very straight forward.

Does everything we expected . Useful on a narrowboat as well as in the home.

I purchased a S2000 power station when it was release, liked the look of it so purchased another along with a 200w solar panel

Item arrived very quickly with full tracking provided. Easy to get up and running with instructions and App.

Anker was amazing with replacing my power bank. When they give something a warranty guarantee they 100% stick to it. Many thanks

Excellent products, notably their Power Station and Solar panels.
Engaged and responsive Support Team.

Great product, swift delivery, well packed.

For a complex piece of kit it all creaks into life in a favourable way, my house is complex and it handled all connections very well

Brilliant company, got a package deal for a great price, delivered safe and quick, well packaged, Anker is definitely number one for all your solar needs.

Ordering was a breeze and delivery was very quick, I’ve not had a chance to use it to its full potential yet but so far I’m pleased with the purchase and fingers crossed the back up is as good as the reviews say

Using the Anker solix c2000 as a backup during power cuts. Had a changeover switch fitted so all is safe. House ticks along at 300w and so plenty of backup time available. Will probably look to get the expansion battery when the sales are on. Delivery and service was superb.

Easy to setup APP works well control it from my phone just have to see how much it saves me on my electric bill.

Great product, super easy to set up, great app, no issues

Simple to order arrived with in 4 days, the courier could have given a bit more notice it was your item will be delivered today on the whole very good product to keep the electricity bills down.

Good buying experience. Kept informed of delivery date, came fast and delivery company was good at getting 50kg unit into our house. Everything i expected was in the box. Got it straight onto a dolly to help move it into place. Item feels heavy duty. Working as planned for now. There is some efficiency loss when using the inverter, the marketing does not mention this. I'd estimate 85-90%, there was one review i saw that mentioned this. App working well, no issues here. Looking forward to when the sun comes back out to get some more generation going! Recommended.
