Hey guys to be fair as usual your customer service has beeb great but I have one little niggly complaint. I belive this to be less of a complaint to your company but more so to the delivery service used, despite me ordering a queen live well two which both arrived absolutely fine the way it was posted through the letter box was ridiculous it was practically thrown through landing on the floor and rolling off another box which slightly damaged the packaging. This turned out not to be an issue but I am writing this review to make your company aware of possible mishandling of products being delivered.

Great company for all things to do with ants. They have excellent communication and were able to help with an enquiry. The products themselves are great quality and easy to build following their YouTube instruction videos. The ants are great and packaged really well to ensure they arrive healthily. I'm writing this after multiple orders (multiple colonies) some rarer, Asian, African, European species all. Every experience I've had with the company and any customer service needed has been incredible! Very thoughtful, kind responses that are quick and concise.

The colonies too very high quality, with a brilliant warranty system. The queens themselves I haven't had issues with, all healthy, no mites. Strong beautiful colonies!

I received both of my queens in the post and they were both healthy and well packaged with little “birth certificates” giving basic info like the species name, where they were founded, and when they were bought. Their test tubes were tightly attached to the box which was great as it meant they couldn’t move around too much during transit.

Also, the website is amazing! They have so much variety from Lasius, Myrmeca, Camponotus, messor, and more! I’d also love to try one of their nests as they look great too. Thanks for such a great experience, AntAntics, I’ll be sure to shop again soon!
