Technician didn't take the time to do a…

Technician didn't take the time to do a thorough job. Parts of the property were not treated. Not the first time a tech has done a poor job. We will not be renewing our service with you.

It depends on who you get

It depends on who you get . Some of the guys are very friendly and thorough while others seem to be in a hurry + are not very interested in what you have to say. Don't want to hear any of your questions. They just want to get out as quickly as they can so I've had good ones and not so good ones July 18th was not my date of experience. My last application was a great experience. I wish every experience was like that one. I would like him to be my person every time.

Disappointing experience but Aptive customer service showed up and showed out

I texted the Aptiv person that I have a wasp nest outside of my kitchen window. I couldn't have communicated this in person because I was in a meeting inside my house. But after the Aptiv person left, the wasp nest is still there, didn't look like it has been touched at all. This is very upsetting because what's the point of having Aptiv when things like that aren't getting fixed. The insects level feels like it's been staying the same as well.

Update: Aptive fixed this immediately after my review. They scheduled an appointment the next day. Blake from Aptive came and treated my whole house both interior and exterior with care. He took the wasp nest out completely. It was a great experience. I raised my review from 2 stars to 5 because I believe in making mistake and fixing it :)

We still have so many spiders and bugs

We still have so many spiders and bugs.

Still not over that when the guy came to my house mosquitos were included and now I hear I have the basic and would have to pay more for

Notifies you when coming and tells you…

Notifies you when coming and tells you what they did. One thing that is hard is when either a chg card is out of date or you want to long in and the person passed who set up the account. I have not figured out a way to reset things on the web site. His dad passed who set this up and we dont know exactly what is correct.

Meh!

I am not having bugs inside my house but I continue to find spiderwebs at my doors and windows and an army of ants around my house.

Great Communication!

Aptive Associates always communicate in advance of the appointment day, during the appointment day, while on the visit and follow it up with pictures and a summary. I can't say enough about Aptive and am so glad I talked to them the day they stopped by.

Communication is key with Aptive…

Communication is key with Aptive Environmental. I always receive a reminder email about a week before service takes place. The Aptive service techs text me with their ETA prior to each appointment and text me following service with a summary of work performed. Their service has been great! We haven’t seen any spiders inside the house since service started almost a year ago (mainly external treatments) and we’ve seen rare evidence of spiders in the garages. During a recent spring service, I asked if they could treat inside our garages and the service tech graciously added that—no spiders since. Happy to be working with Aptive Environmental!

They were very expensive

They were very expensive, but wr just moved from michigan so we thought it was regional. We came to find another local company that was less then half price and does an an amazing job. They dont tell you but it costs $200 to stop them billing you.
