Think that the service was good unfortunately the salesman did not give enough instruction for the fitter who was unable to complete the job in the time he was allotted unfair on the fitter

Darren came to visit me today and I was really impressed with his professionalism and experience. He was friendly and polite. He tried really hard to find a solution to the problem of installing a shower in my bathroom, but was unable to come up with any that would mean that the company would be able to carry out the work.

£10k shower unit!!!

£10k shower unit for my very elderly parents. Absolute rip off price. You're paying for the convenience and speed that the new 'unit' can be fitted in one or two days. Obviously aimed mainly at older people who are generally desperately in need of a quick solution. Hence they get away with these crazy prices. The finished product is very smart and nice. However, their after service is shocking. A year and a half down the line and there's a tiny (but significant) leak. They want to charge £118 to come out to take a look!!! What plumber charges to just come and assess/quote for a job???Absolutel rip off. After I moaned about this charge I was told to send a video and photos to a WhatsApp number. To which I've had no reply.......

Thank you very much for your thoughtful review of Aquabiity. We're pleased to hear that you appreciated the convenience and speed of our installation and that the finished product is very smart. We were, however, sorry to learn that there is now a small leak and accept that our charges for servicing, outside of the warranty period, and the cost of purchasing one of our specialist modules, is not cheap.
I can advise that the call-out charge for our fully trained engineers includes up to two hours of labour plus VAT, which generally covers the full cost of a repair. We also offer a service plan scheme you might like to join for peace of mind in the future and I have forwarded details of the plan to your parents for their information.
From our records, I can see that we have viewed your video, ordered an additional part and arranged for an engineer to attend. We now look forward to visiting your parents and addressing the issue in the very near future. We're so sorry that this visit has proved necessary but hope that you will be happy with the shower module again once the issue with water dripping outside of the tray has been remedied.
Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for choosing Aquability and for leaving us a positive rating in spite of your concerns. We are absolutely committed to putting things right for your parents and will strive to provide a better service in the future.

Absolute joke of a company take your…

Updated - 17/6 Absolute joke of a company take your money then don’t finish the job and leave all the rubbish at the front of the house. My 75yr old mum has paid over 10k for a shower basin ad toilet. Toilet was broken when they came to fit it so now waiting for a new one with no date of when it will arrive. All the rubbish has been sat outside her house for the last 2 days promised it would be picked up yesterday still there today, called again and was told will be chased and toilet on order with no idea when it will be delivered or fitted for the money paid this is an absolute rubbish service avoid and go with someone else.

Updated - the company has since been and got the rubbish 2 days later and have fitted the toilet the week after. The lady that called offered my mum a discount on the remaining balance due to the issues caused.

We're pleased to report that the remedial work was completed on Monday 9th and would like to take this opportunity to apologise again for the late collection of the rubbish and the damage to the WC pan on delivery. We're so sorry for any stress and inconvenience caused as a result.
I've spoken with your mum and understand that she is happy with the new shower and the final finish, however, she is still yet to try it. Please do get in contact again if there are any further issues with the shower once she has had the opportunity to use it.

Stacey, the fitter, did an excellent job. Being clean and tidy, completing the job well within the expected time and finishing with a beautiful shower which we are absolutely thrilled with.

The team were efficient polite and effective

The team were efficient polite and swift. It was a pleasure having them in the house and they kept us abreast of everything they were doing and why. all went smoothly I'm pleased to say and we are using the bath now so much better than the lie down bath

I love the bath itself

I love the bath itself. The only thing I find slightly annoying is that if I want to lie down fully for a good soak, I can’t. This is because the seat jabs into my lower back. It seems the only way round this is to remove the seat out of the bath entirely.

it all started with a brochure!

Sent for a brochure, booked an appointment for a gentlemen to come round and view our bathroom, (he was not pushy) but we agreed he left with half the account.. second gentleman came round to make sure the measurements were fine and we were happy. Aqua ability phoned me with a date for delivery so Tuesday they’re delivered, Wednesday a great guy called Mark fitted it on his own… and on Thursday they contracted a company to take everything away. Excellent service from start to finish would definitely recommend this company..

New Walk In Shower

Highly recommend Aquability. The guys removed a bath and fitted a walk in shower and all done in one day.
They were so quick and so clean and tidy and . All in all an excellent job. Very pleased
