We booked Arc Consultants for a level 3 survey. As first time buyers, we were pleasantly surprised with how quick and easy it was to get booked in. Alaur got back to our emails promptly and called us after the survey to go through some key points and to explain what to expect in the report, which was super helpful! The report was sent 2 days later and was very detailed but easy to understand. We'd highly recommend Alaur for his friendly and professional service at a reasonable price!

The survey was carried promptly and we received an immediate call following the survey with immediate feedback. The full report followed promptly within days. We highly recommend Alaur.
