As first time buyers we weren't too sure on the process, but Alaur fully explained every step of this to us. ARC was recommended to us, and now I'm recommending them to everyone!

Exceptional surveyor! I’ve had 4 property surveys done now & ARC was by far the best. The communication before was great; very professional and Alaur asked what concerns I had about the property and answered them after the survey. The survey was very comprehensive (I had a level 2 after Alaur’s recommendation; I had actually requested a level 3, but he told me it wasn’t necessary for my property - He could have completed the level 3 and pocketed a few extra hundred quid - This is a very trustworthy surveyor. The level 2 survey by Alaur was way more comprehensive than the level 3 undertaken on a different property by a different company only a few months ago). He rang me after he had surveyed the property to go through everything in summary, and answer the questions I had. Outstanding service, and worth every penny. I wish I had found ARC when I bought my first property. I wouldn’t use anyone else now. You are missing a trick if you don’t use this company. 100% recommended.

Alaur provided an excellent service. He was available before and after the survey to answer our questions.

What a stellar surveyor Alaur is, we had such a brilliant experience with him. He worked to our timeline, efficiently turning around an in depth, detailed report that was well written and justified and could be easily digested. He was clear and thorough, going further into depth where helpful. He also provided additional thoughts and context where they might be useful to us without overwhelming us with information. We came away from the process feeling confident and very well informed about the property. Amazing service from alaur. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful surveyor. As a first time buyer, the whole process is daunting. My first contact from alaur was different to the rest, after looking and comparing quotes, I soon had non stop spam, reach outs and emails with company’s asking me to book with them. I felt completely overwhelmed. In the midst of this was an email from alaur, a personable email, it was different from the rest, the nature wasn’t pushy or pilling on information, it’s exactly what I needed, it stood out. From here I decided to reach out. I hadn’t a clue what I was doing or what kind of survey I needed, I genuinely thought I may have needed a level 3 survey and at this point alaur could have upsold this to me, or agreed, instead he asked me my concerns looked at the property online and actually informed me a level 2 would be sufficient. He was prompt, quick at responding and really listened to what we needed. I knew I’d made the right choice. On the day of the survey alaur contacted me and highlighted key points, which was so helpful! We spoke through everything and he put me at complete ease, at this point he said the report would be complete in 24 hours which it was. He also offered a teams meeting after the report so we could go through anything I was unsure of, I’m pretty sure this is unheard of in the surveying world, it was such an added bonus.
