I spoke to john liverpool man, about alot personal tjat is hoing on with me, i fpund hom friendly and trustworthy. He advised me about debt help. Also spoke about my health, my ex whos a physcio,stolen money. He felt relaxed and made an argreement to pay wednesday. Friendly guy, made mr laugh, i would marry him.

I spoke to Lyndsey and Harry today, and previously to Jessie. All 3 are remarkable to talk to. Very patient, and very well trained, to deal with people on a daily basis!
Unfortunately, I stood guarantor for someone, and they've not paid the debt, so fell on my shoulders. Ive paid out £171 on someone elses behalf! Dont, ever, stand guarantor for someone. I'll never do it again...thats a fact!

Debt for anyone is just awful. I'm one of those that ignores the phone, until i'm caught off guard!
DRS sent me a letter (nicely worded for a debt company) i braved it and called.
The lady i spoke with was lovely. Never did she make me feel bad about my situation. Discussed fair payment terms and just generally gave me some reassurance.
4 payments I had to make. I made 3 but missed the 4th as I had frozen my card. Was sent a gentle text reminder and then 2 more. I spoke with them today, rather than demanding that i make payment, the operative wanted to know if I had had anything unexpected happen. She wanted to know if I was ok before discussing money.
I cleared my debt today, i'm so grateful to all 3 people that I spoke to.
If you owe a debt to this company, please just pick up the phone. This is the 1st place that hasn't made me feel awful.

I was contacted today over an unpaid direct debit the agent was kind & understood the problem I had in paying the direct debit he rearranged my direct debit to a date which suited me better with my income goin in the bank he was kind & courteous & very helpful I was anxious & worried about the payment I had missed & he sorted it out in minutes thank you
