The female agent who dealt with me did it with clarity, efficiency and a dignified, friendly, patient, approachable manner, on account I can get confused and had a number of separate accounts to pay! She took me through everything step by step ensuring I understood and was comfortable with each transaction. We both agreed all transactions, payments and payment plans were agreed between both parties at the end of all payments. Customer Sevice has to be recognized.

The person I was in the phone to… a woman forget her name but very stern but also welcoming. Felt more comfortable that she would accept my payment but have it sorted correctly
The person I was in the phone to ofcourse had to do a job but still took the time to listen to me when I told her the times I was told my payments to come out was different to when they did such as (5 days later). I had just started the job so I’m calculating everything’s and it did mess up my routine but I paid on time technically. I’m glad this time they confirmed that it would come out on a certain date and if not I can call back on a number. Hopefully it comes out on that date. Being unemployed and going through a lot it’s tricky for me to keep up with new payments. So hopefully this goes well.

Well the people at first wanted to many"security Questions". The guy I spoke to i told him my worries if they asked to many securities. I owed the money I made a mistakenly assumption it wasn't right the chap yesterday was helpfull allowing me to pay by bank card with confidence.
To other people using temu type or other sites to purchase items make a note if paying in instalments of the chosen site?? I didn't and that caused my confusions. They didn't ask for interest as I explained I couldn't pay on the site. Very happy with outcome.
Extra advise make a written note of what you selected and if paying in 3-4 installments.

I received a call from Reese regards my outstanding balance on my account, I was extremely happy to be called by the contact agent. Very polite and understanding to my lose of work issue, Reese was extremely helpful and reassured me that all was fine and set me up a new payment plan on moving my account forward.
