Bought a large tube of Ivory Black 200ml on the Sunday evening. Arrived the following Saturday due to having to be re-routed by Royal mail who sent their apologies - wasn't in a hurry for paint tube so happy with the polite and prompt service from Ken Bromley art supplies! I would use them again as they have premium products at a discount! Saving up for some series 5 paints!!!!

The product received was exactly as described on the web site, online ordering was simple and quick and the delivery of the product was super fast arriving the day after the order was placed and was well packaged to prevent damage. Ken Bromley have been beside me for a lot of years, and they get better and better with each passing year. The deals are excellent at saving you time and money.

I have used this company a few times and have had a very efficient service each time. I like to support family businesses as it is hard for them to compete with the likes of Amazon and others. The art supplies have always been genuine and good value for the money with offers on a lot of the time, free postage over certain amount, nothing to not like.

This company always delivers on time, the materials are packaged well and their prices are competitive. In ten years I have never had to complain and I will continue to buy my art supplies from Ken Bromley, in my experience they have never disappointed me, here's to the next ten years.

The quality of service is second to none - everything arrived quickly and correctly and all items were exactly as described on the website. When I did have an issue with my order the lady on Customer Services was delightful and resolve the issue without any difficulty. I shall certainly be using this company again.

Don't make a mistake on your order whatever you do. If you do and wish to swap the wrongly ordered item for one which is the correct item, you will have to pay the carriage fee to return the wrong item and the reordered item will have to have the carriage paid by you also. In a situation like this, it's cheaper to shop elsewhere rather than go through all the rigmarole of re-ordering. This is not good customer relations in my mind.

Used Ken Bromley few times now to get supplies and always have been very happy with everything. The range they provide is great and customer service when contacted with either a question or like this time, to add something to order I forgot about, have been very helpful. Delivery always fast. Took bit longer than usual this time as I ordered before the New year when the shop was closed so i fully expected for it to take a while but once everything was open again, it had been delivered next day. Its also lovely to here and there receive a catalogue from them through the post to be able to take a look at everything and find things I may have not really thought to look at before. Highly recommend

Goods took over a week to be delivered but delay was due to postal strikes not Ken Bromley Art Supplies. Goods securely wrapped. Will definitely use KBAS again

Bromley art supplies failed to deliver my order via DPD to the value of £76. This is the 3rd occasion this has happend and I have started action against them and DPD to recover my lost money. I would NOT RECCOMEND anyone using the internet to order goods from this company.

Great choice of products. Ordered ecoline ink at a fab price and it arrived super quick with standard delivery. Glass Products packaged carefully and all in paper and card rather than plastic. Very happy.

Ordered on Tuesday around 12am and received everything the day after around 9am by DPD. Incredible! And I only paid for the standard delivery!

I've used Ken Bromley for years. But sadly on my last attempted order they seem to have increased postage rates for the Highlands (Inverness). I emailed (no reply), then phoned them. The individual I spoke to was disinterested and didn't care so I'm now using Jackson Art with free postage. I'm happy to pay fair postage (it was £4), but not when that's gone up to over £10 for same watercolour pad.

Just received my order from Ken Bromley Art Supplies of a couple of paint brushes. Not used yet but plan to soon. Delivery was very fast and well packed. Enclosed with the order was a photocopied note with seasonal greetings from all the staff showing individual names plus a note saying by whom the order was packed. Nice touch.
