Superb company, I’m on my 16th/17th order, never been a problem, when there has been issues, they have been my fault, adding items that I’d forgotten to order, were added to my original order, with no fuss, no bother, just a completely totally professional helpful and friendly service.
The delivery is super fast, very well packaged, very good prices, and extensive range of products with everything in stock. I don’t buy my art supplies from anyone else. They are the best in the business!!!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Ordered at the weekend, phoned customers service to add something to the order on Monday morning, which I paid for separately but they added to my order. I then received the package on Tuesday lunchtime, with free postage for amount spent, excellent service and customer service. Couldn’t be any better. Same quick service as I would have received from A**zon, free postage if paying over, I think £40 or £50, lovely to support them.

Fantastic service, extremely professional on all accounts. Good, easy to navigate website, good, competitive prices, prompt delivery, proper invoice, well packaged and, the best bit of all this company includes a comprehensive good, 'old-fashioned' printed catalogue! On-line is great, but nothing beats being able to browse through a catalogue.

I am so glad I found this company. They have been great! I have found everything I want on their website and at really competitive prices. I love Golden art products which are not cheap and KBAS keep a really good range at affordable prices. I have found that if I order over the weekend (Sunday) the goods usually arrive by Wednesday morning - brilliant service. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Thank you for your reply. I have no emails in my spam . I am afraid we only have wifi and no airtime as we are not going out at all. I do not know why the emails are not coming through. If you could please try email again I do not like these platforms but you can understand our frustration.

Order many times from this supplier without any issues. Prices seem comparable with other suppliers. All purchases (Oil paint, brushes, canvas) have arrived promptly and well packaged. Would recommend.

Easy to order. Had problems with other's websites and ordering systems. Great tracking. Next day delivery arrived, no problems. Other company's have not been as organised or reliable. Products received are great, dearer than other companies but worth the hassle free system...

What's not to like.

I ordered 10 tablets of a high quality pastel paper made in England I have used for years. What they sent me was a very cheap imitation. I absolutely would never use this company again. If you do use this company there is a good chance you are buying cheap imitation goods from China.

I have bought art supplies for a few years from Ken Bromley. Until now I have not had any reason to complain. Roughly six months I bought a few tubes of Ken Bromley's 14ml "artist quality" watercolor paint. Last week I needed to open one of these tubes as I had finished the old one. This was Cadmium Red 86111. I have to say over 50% of what came out of the tube was just binder, absolute waste of my money. I tried the other tubes and they are a little better but there is too much binder in the tube. I asked Ken Bromley to replace the tube but have not received a definitive answer yet, just an e mail stating that "it was some time ago", doesn't matter, I have had tubes in my box unopened for ages before and they are all right. In future I will stick to my usual paints, a bit dearer but the quality is always consistent. Ken Bromley's are by no means the only art company for me.
