Umulig å returnere
Min datter bestilte to lamper. Den ene var i stykker og hun fikk etterhvert tilsendt en til , også den i stykker . Hun måtte bruke en elektriker til å skru sammen det som fungerte på de to lampene slik at hun fikk en som virket. Den andre lampen så ikke ut som hun ønsket og hun returnerte den til Kina etter Arture Lights anvisninger. Den ble aldri hentet i Kina og kom til slutt tilbake til henne. Dette kostet 600 kr med posten. Arture Light vil fortsatt ikke betale tilbake det lampen kostet, til tross for at hun har gjort det de ba om. Når du bestiller varer fra et firma i Amsterdam, Nederland tror du at du skal returnere til dette firmaet men nei, det skal til Kina. Virker som om Arture Lights bygger sin virksomhet på at folk ikke gidder returnere til Kina med forsikring som de ber deg om og dermed godta at du får tilbake bare 35 % av kjøpesummen. Ikke kjøp noe fra Arture Lights.

They are shipping cheap rubbish from china! they will ask you to return and pay for shipment for refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I will update my review once I sort them out.

What they have shared on the email is return address to china, and asking me to pay for return shipping which costs 30-50£.
This is illegal in UK.

Nicht seriös, keine Kaufempfehlung, keine Antwort zum CE Zertifikat
Leider erhalten wir keine Antwort trotz unzähliger Mails. Die CE Zertifizierung wird beim Produkt auf der Webseite erwähnt, wird aber nicht zugeschickt. Die Lampen selbst sind nämlich nicht mit dem CE Zertifikat ausgestattet. Da wir das Zertifikat nicht erhalten bzw. nicht mal eine Antwort, müssen wir davon ausgehen dass es dieses überhaupt nicht gibt. Und damit dürften diese Artikel nicht im deutschen Markt angeboten und verkauft werden. Es stellt sich auch die Frage, wie diese Firma mit anderen Anbietern verbunden ist, denn es gibt auch noch mysalights Amsterdam mit ähnlichen bis gleichen Angebot. Daher erübrigt sich auch eine Meldung beim Verbraucherschutz etc...

I ordered a sconce. After I unboxed the product I realized it was poor quality vs website pics… in particular the led projects a very cold 4000+ Kelvin light not appropriate for most uses (contrary to the pictures showing agreable ambiant 2700K lights).
Turning to customer service (outsourced?) was utterly useless : I spent 3 days in exchanges with them asking if there’s a way to change the color of lights (they require a video before taking the effort of answering) only for them to say that the return-policy period has expired and “this is probably not the answer I was expecting”
Total disgrace - Avoid at all costs

Finger weg!
Reine Abzocke. Ich habe eine Lampe bestellt, danach die Bewertungen hier gelesen und wenige Stunden nach meiner Bestellung direkt storniert. Man sagte mir, dass eine Stornierung nun nicht mehr möglich sei, da die Bestellung „bereits das Lager verlassen“ habe. Was absolut lächerlich ist, weil es dann komischerweise doch mehrere Wochen gedauert hat, bis die Lampe bei mir ankam. Zu der Lampe: was soll ich sagen… absolut billige, minderwertige Qualität und den Preis von 80€ nicht wert. Bitte macht nicht den gleichen Fehler wie ich und lasst die Finger von diesem Shop!!!

Avoid at all costs! This “company” lies about where its from, lies about the product they sell and steal other designers’ photos to pass as a legitimate company. They won’t give you any return labels after sending you sub-par landfill junk. They pretended to sell a product and i got the most useless knockoff delivered in the mail from China. These people should be jailed for scamming so many people and having such low morals.
UPDATE: Arture Lights' response on my review is yet another set of LIES.
The images belong to Rich Brilliant Willing Lighting in New York, see for yourself.
The "Dimple™ Sconce" was NOT the item I was sent and Arture Lights' claims are LIES. They still refuse to refund me or send me a return label.

Led-lamp voldoet niet aan geadverteerde gebruiksduur
De led tafellamp die volgens de website 16 - 20 uur op één lading zou moeten werken, is na 6 uur al leeg. Dat staat ook in de gebruikshanleiding die bij de lamp gevoegd wordt.
De klantenservice blijft zeuren om filmpjes die het mankement aantonen.
De lamp voldoet niet aan wat geadverteerd werd. Daarom wil ik de lamp kunnen terugsturen en mij geld terug. De klantenservice blijft restitutie traineren, ondanks de 30-days-money-back garantie.

Ho recentemente acquistato una lampada nel negozio online Arturelights. Il loro sito web era facile da usare e ha reso semplice la ricerca della lampada per me perfetta. Sono rimasto stupito dalla rapidità con cui è arrivato l' articolo, l'imballaggio era sicuro e ha garantito che non fosse danneggiato.
Il servizio clienti è stato eccezionale e mi ha tenuto aggiornato durante l' intero processo. Ho avuto una domanda sul prodotto e il team di assistenza ha risposto prontamente e con professionalità.

The lights took a few weeks to come then a part was missing so we can’t install one of them. Got a fast response from customer service though. Lamps were a good price so swings and roundabouts.

Lamps come from China, not Amsterdam.
Bought the littlest lamp ( can be bought on AliExpress for £11) but purchased it for £53 because I needed it Urgently...
Lamp was supposed to be in stock but took 14 working days to be delivered. Lamps do not come from Amsterdam, but from China.
I am usually internet savy but because I was in a rush I failed to check reviews. Serves me right!
Lamp arrived today , hours later after I posted this review ( 29/12)
