Good product, good service
Good product, good customer service.
Battery worked very well at first. However the battery died about a month after I received it. After all, this is an aftermarket product. Hopefully the next one lasts longer.
However the customer service were very helpful and timely. It was in warranty and they replaced it for me with little trouble.

Once the battery reaches 50% it jumps immediately to 7% , it happened twice since I installed the battery yesterday, I'm very disappointed.

Super Quick and new battery performance is great.
I ordered a replacement battery for my ASUS Zenbook 14 UX434FLC. Only took a couple of days to arrive and was super easy to fit myself. Great video instructions and super good to have the required Phillips and Torx drivers included with the battery. I'm super happy as I was contemplating a new laptop at around $2,500.00. $70.00 later and i have my ASUS running like new again.

I'm very happy with asusbatteryshop.com.au. I ordered a replacement battery for my ASUS Chromebook C434T. It was delivered very quickly to regional NSW. It's great that the special screwdrivers were included for free to open the Chromebook. At first I didn't connect the battery correctly (it's a very small connector) and they provided very prompt email support. The battery works fine and I think it's even better than the original battery when the Chromebook was brand new!

I order the new battery on Monday morning and received, and had installed the new battery by Tues night. My laptop now operates as new. I avoided a $2k replacement cost and the associated waste disposal impact. Very happy with the outcome.

Ordering through here was very easy and the shipping was really quick. They had instructions and tips on replacing the battery and even had a couple little screw drives in the box which they didn’t need to do at all. Really nice to see the extra thought going into it!
