I bought $1500.00 of Yamaha Speakers from this company for my Home Theater Room, I saved a bundle; the Equipment was top quality and so well packaged....

i was so worried as i am very skeptical of on line, because once you have paid what can you do....

These guys are great..

I am in the process of buying a Nikkon D330 and found that they had the best price. I put my order in on Friday. They said that I should get the order in 7 Business days. By Wednesday I called them when I noticed that my product was never shipped. They said there was a problem with my card and asked for the code in the back. They put me on hold. They came back and said that everything is fixed and I should be receiving my camera. But wait "is this your first camera or a replacement?" they asked. I did not understand what that had to do with anything, but I said it would be my first. They then try to sell me other items that I would need for the camera. I explained twice that I have all of the things I need I am just waiting on the camera. Then I was put on hold for another long period. He came back on the phone to tell me they do not have that camera left they have to order more. And I won't get my camera until the end of OCTOBER. But he does have a bundle camera that he can get out to me today. I sighed. That sounds like I just got hustled. I canceled the order and they said that they won't charge me. I would hope not.

I am waiting to hear back from the company in regards to a dispute...will update review once it's complete.

I was a little hesitant to buy my 4k TV online, but after checking AV's reviews i took the plunge. I'm very impressed with the TV and the free shipping is a great deal!. I highly recommend these guys and i will be using them again in the future.

I'll start by saying I was a bit wary of buying from one of the "deep discounters" found online. Most of them are pretty sleazy in their tactics. I was also concerned about the risk of damage, and what to do if the box looked beat up. But given the price differential, including an extended warranty - I had to try it.

The price of the tv alone from AVN wasn't the very lowest online. But others tack on a hefty insurance charge that raises the price by minimum of around $200. So much for "free shipping". Rather than buying insurance, William recommended paying $170 for an LTL shipper to California, which includes insurance. And he advised this shipper over UPS - which again - I was a bit skeptical about: an unknown shipper vs. UPS. I went with his recommendations - and it turned out to be the right decision.

The TV arrived a bit later than expected. It was shipping from NY, and during the height of the blizzards - so I believe this was the cause of the delay. I was able to track the shipment online, and received a call from the shipper letting me know when the tv would be delivered. It arrived in the time window promised by the shipper.

When the truck arrived - I went out to check it out. The TV was standing upright. And the box was....perfect. Not one tear or dent. Awesome.

As William promised, the guys brought the tv in, unboxed it, set it up on the floor, and we plugged it in. Does UPS do that? Not in my experience. Fired up, menu looked perfect. I inspected the tv, front to back, top to bottom. Not a scratch.

I used some of the savings to purchase a 3 year extended warranty, making the warranty 4 years. It was $300 - which I think is reasonable, in combination with the purchase price. The warranty is from a company called "Mack Worldwide Extended Warranties" at mackcam.com. Looks legit.

Finally, my AV guy came over and mounted the tv on the wall, and connected to Dish. And...the tv works and looks great!

in summary...no complaints. Great tv and warranty, great delivery, all at a great price. 5 stars.

As I shopped and compared pricing from different web sites I decited to call before ordering .. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I ordered my new reciever, received my UPS tracking number, 5 business days later it arrived at my door. I would most defiantly order from Audiovideonation again..

The buying experience was easy (over the phone). The product was as expected and advertised. I paid for the "upgrade" to Freight Shipping, but did not receive the order as quickly as expected. However, the savings were large enough to make the wait worth it (when compared to local stores).

My order was handled with the highest efficiency. They even made me a deal on shipping. The only surprise was the packaging. The delivery was set on my porch in the actual product box with a product picture in full view. Anyone might have been tempted to take it had I not been at home when delivered.

I ordered a Yamaha receiver with audiovideonation and had an excellent experience. The price of the receiver was at least 30% less than other retailers, both online and brick and mortar.

Customer service was great and the item showed up at my door step as expected and in a timely fashion. I'd recommend audiovideonation to anyone looking for electronics at an excellent price.

This was the first time I have placed an order with audiovideonation.com. I must say I was skeptical at first but was very glad I chose them. I purchased the new Samsung 55 inch LED. after placing the order a representative called me to verify the order. I really appreciated that especially since I have been a victim of credit card theft before. The order was shipped the next day as promised and delivered to me in a timely manner. I opted for the expedited delivery and was very happy with the service overall. I will most certainly be buying from you guys again.

From shopping to checkout it was a easy smooth transaction . Very impressed of the overview and specification on each product. Rep on the phone was kind as I called with some questions (unlike other companies I called). Ordered on 11-4 and received on 11-7. The camera is great and I love it. Great company to shop with.

I recently purchased an 'upper end' Yamaha receiver after considerable research. The price I found with AV Nation was around two hundred dollars less than I could find it anywhere else. The price difference did concern me so I called to verify their return policy, if it was a new fully warranted unit, and their free standard shipment offer.

William answered my concerns and questions very well. The only issue, which in the end he resolved, was the shipping cost. Online ordering gave me the option of free standard shipping but when I was ready to finalize the order I saw an additional shipping charge of fifty dollars added. Upon calling, William explains AV Nation did not recommend sending an order of this size and expense by standard free shipping. I insisted that I was not willing to pay an extra shipping charge when my online order made no mention of this and I would take my chances with the free standard shipping. He said he understood my concern and then said he would send it U.P.S. ground at no additional charge. I thanked him for taking care of this matter.

The new receiver arrived in eight days in good condition. I was very pleased and would order again from AV Nation.

I ordered an HDTV from these guys because they had the cheapest price I could find on the model I was looking for. Before shipping the order, a representative named William called me and *insisted* that I upgrade to freight shipping (instead of using the free shipping I chose), that I add a 3-year third party warranty, and that I add insurance. He also asked for my credit card security code over the phone. Those are some slimy low-ball sales tactics. I canceled the order and shopped elsewhere.

Ordered a Sony TV - 54.6” X900B - 11 days ago and haven't received yet. After I placed my ordered, I got a call from a sales rep that insistently tried to sell me an extended warranty. I paid for freight and a 4-year warranty that was allegedly from Sony. I received the warranty, which turned out to be a 3-year warranty from a company named Mack Camera & Video from New Jersey. The TV has not arrived yet. I'm feeling schemed and I definitely don't recommend Audio Video Nation.

I must say i am very surprised with the level of service i received i called in to place a order on a 70" led and was not sure between two models and i was very surprised of the amount of knowledge William had to point out the positive and negative of both TV's . there was no pressure and i felt very comfortable with the decision i made. Tv was up and running in my living room within 2 days. thank you
