We were organising a funeral plan for our father, who lives in Spain most of the year.
It can be a difficult subject, but we were very quickly put at ease by Gavin Paskin, everything was explained so well and I feel I can return home with a weight lifted of my shoulders. Would highly recommend this company

I was ampprencive at first but with good customer care I was put at ease.everything was explained and all my needs met by doing this it takes the burden of my nephew who had a lot to do for my sister's funeral.and my family know that my funeral is taken care of any thinking about doing a plan my advice is just do it for me I want my family to have happy memories

Our Avalon Consultant (Magdalena) fully described our Funeral Plan options and what each plan covered. No sales pressure just the plans, costs and importantly our long term protections. Great to know we have a policy that is available in Spain and the UK.
We felt comfortable with our existing knowledge and Magdelena’s presentation to purchase an Avalon plan.

I had a very successful meeting with Jay Patel one of Avalons Consultants who came and saw me this morning at my home. He was very knowledgeable about the company and products that they had to offer. I first met Andy Durrant from Avalon in 2019 when he came to explain the company's services. My wife, Lisa, and I were both impressed by what he told us and his friendly and reassuring demeanour.
He returned in 2022, at my request, and we agreed a Plan to cover the funeral of the first to die.
In the event, my beloved Lisa died on 15th August 2025. Having called 112 to notify the authorities, one call to Avalon produced a funeral director whose respectful team removed her body for cremation. Sad, but no worries and all so easy,
Today, 29th August, Andy returned once more at my invitation. We set up a Plan to cover my eventual funeral to save my relatives the need to organise or pay for the event. Invaluable.

Had a great meeting Magda who went through in detail what the company is offering. She made the meeting very relaxed and calmed my husband who hates any talk of death as it makes him think of his own mortality. She was very patient even when he asked silly questions which she had already answered, the only one eye rolling was myself. Well done Magda!

I recently took a funeral plan out with Avalon. I was already aware of their good reputation but asked for a quote. I received a call back from Lyndsay, who I found to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I later had a personal meeting with Gavin PASKIN at the office. I also found Gavin friendly, he knew his product but was not pushy, he was professional and offered me what I considered to be a great experience, considering the subject. My wife died a few months ago, Avalon were excellent, setting out everything for me.
Don't be tempted by firms that a little cheaper, Avalon were top notch.
