I spoke to a lady called Karen who couldn't of been better at her job. This may sound strange but it was actually a pleasure arranging my own cremation. I highly recommend these lovely people.

The lady called me and was happy to delay our conversation to a later time when I was busy. She was informed and helpful, patient and kind, answering all my questions. I didn’t feel under pressure or rushed.

The. People I spoke with were very helpful guiding me through the process as I have never arranged a funeral before so I didn’t know where to start so all in all fantastic service.The card sent to sent to my phone really nice personal touch .Also I received through post a lovely message and forget me nots flower seeds even though it made me cry such a lovely thought.So a big thanks to Sue and the rest of her team
