Very helpful staff, who sorted my problems out for me.

From start to finish taking out a plan, then I changed it, then I have moved three times. The customer service was excellent each time. They were very helpful and friendly,and new documents arrived within days. Very professional and reliable.

We recently took out Funeral plans with Ashley from Avalon. He was extremely informative and explained all aspects of the plan.

Alan was brilliant, very informative and really pleasant. I would recommend Avalon based on him and another lady called Anita, im hoping both names are correct.

I had a interview some 8 years ago with this company and the same man but found it was not for me at the time. But now I find it to be a much better plan which includes every thing you could want at a competative price. All laid out in simple laymans terms, no jargon or sales speel just facts. well done Mike Thornton.

We had everything else in place with our lives apart from our funeral plans, so we contacted Avalon. Their representative Gavin Paskin came to our home and discussed of the plans available very professionally & concise. We will definitely recommend Avalon to our friends for their funeral needs.

We have been contributing monthly to a plan for a basic crematorium funeral. We changed our plans to not involve the cremation, transport or service at all. They were really good and helpful. They also gave a full refund of the difference between the two prices. Thank you.

After reading all the details and deciding this was for me a gentleman named Stewart took me through in depth the A to Z of the plan that I had chosen in a slow and helpful manner. This gave me peace of mind that this Avalon funeral plan was the best for me .

Andy Durrant was efficient, friendly and caring when talking us through the process of pre-planning a funeral which he did with sensitivity and professionalism. The staff at Head Office were also most helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble from the initial enquiry to confirmation of our plan.
Now that we've booked our funerals, we can get on with living our lives to the full!

My Mum has lived in Spain for 25 years she had a pre paid funeral care plan with Avalon,
I’m so glad she did as this has made her sudden and unexpected passing so much easier.
My Mum’s plan was passed on to a company called Funeral Care Spain.
Sadly I did encounter a few hiccups along the way, which was just devastating,
Mike from Avalon was amazing with his follow up calls his compassion, empathy and understanding was just so genuine and heartfelt.
The plan my Mum had taken out covered most necessary items and I was able to add on some extras with Neal at Funeral Care Spain
Who I do have to point out was just fabulous not only with his professionalism but with his charisma and compassion
