We were already satisfied with our first Avenlur purchase (the Tulip Baby Bouncer) for our now 15-month-old toddler, but we will continue to support the brand with future purchases as our youngest grows and by referring Avenlur to other families with young children.

Here's why: I contacted Avenlur Customer Service to request an exchange after inadvertently purchasing the wrong tent cover for our Avenlur product that we were eager to repurpose into a play tent/story time nook. I underestimated Avenlur's product offerings and didn't realize just how many tents were available for various Avenlur products. I spoke with Charlene who was patient and kind and generally helpful. Pursuant to Avenlur's Return Policy, Charlene verified both product purchases, provided further instructions, and inevitably conveyed that Avenlur would be sending us the correct tent cover free of charge and there was no need to return the incorrect purchase. We were prepared to pay the difference, including shipping costs, but Avenlur took care of us in an unexpectedly generous way. I could even hear the glee in Charlene's voice when she shared Avenlur's decision!

While customer service needs vary and Avenlur did or does not promise the same outcome we had even in similar instances, we trust that Avenlur is committed to providing quality products and service to all of its customers.

We have several different pieces from Avenlur including a modular rock walls, monkey bars, Betula ladder, teeter totter/balance beam and roller slide. They all withstand our 8,6, and 4 year olds jumping climbing and playing. The playroom keeps our kids moving and off screens! Thank you Avenlur! We highly recommend!

Customer service agent Myla was helpful in resolving an issue I had.

Ordered the hazel Rocker, Pikler, and slide set. Unfortunately, I also happened to order the cocomelon cushion too and the product photos were extremely misleading - on the website it shows a full width cushion for the rocker, but in real life it covers about 80% of the rocker at best. Really disappointed in the lack of customer responsiveness, Avenlur has ignored my emails to date about asking for a replacement. So we have not been able to use the rocker much since our baby is too young still to use the rocker without adequate cushion.

Great customer service from Charlene. She immediately followed up with me to let me know my replacement parts were available and would be shipped. I would definitely purchase from here in the future.

This Playstation is the greatest. My granddaughter loves her time playing with the various toys, along with ones I add in. Additionally, it is the perfect height for me to sit on the edge of the couch or on recliner and interact with her. No weird bending or interference with connecting with her.

I was loosing faith in the company because we could not get the parts for the wooden gym I purchased for my granddaughter. After several emails I called and spoke to Charlene today who very quickly resolved our issue and got the part ordered. She figured out what was going wrong with the emails and solved the issue. She did a great job and restored my faith.

Myla, the manager, was absolutely phenomenal and truly a gem! After having a bad experience on the phone and hanging up, Myla personally called me back and completely turned the entire situation around. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Because of how amazing she was, I actually went back on the website and placed another order! I went from never wanting to use your website again to becoming a returning customer, and that was completely because of Myla. She is exactly what a manager should be and an amazing representation of your company. Customer service like hers is rare, and she absolutely deserves recognition!

The kids absolutely love these products! We’ve had the swing set for a little while now, along with the seesaw, and they never seem to get bored of them. There are endless opportunities for exploration, adventure, and fun!
