When assembling the water table, one of the bearings for the water wheel failed. Jasmine was able to find the order (despite it being ordered by someone else), request a replacement and get it sent out the next day. It really saved the day.

Avenlur has been the best addition to our home! We have purchased a total of 4 of their items and looking to have more to join our home. The build is absolutely stunning and safety has been unmatched. Best purchase for my baby and two toddlers!

had a very disappointing experience with Avenlur.

I placed an order for a jungle gym that was intended to be a gift. The order was delayed after UPS reported the original shipment was damaged in transit. While I understand that shipping issues can happen, the biggest problem was the lack of communication afterward.

I had to repeatedly reach out just to get updates. After being asked to provide my phone number so someone could contact me, I never received the promised follow-up. Days passed without any communication, despite multiple emails requesting an update.

For a product costing over $700, I expected much better customer service and proactive communication. Customers should not have to chase a company for information about an expensive purchase.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing from Avenlur. I hope they improve their customer service and communication so future customers don't have the same experience.

PLEASE read before PURCHASING! How unfortunate that this product had to turn out horribly bad. It’s a beautiful product and I loved that it was made of solid wood, it’s Montessori, and to top it off it’s “non toxic”. I was SO excited for this activity center not made of plastic all to be let down, tremendously. It arrived and I unpacked it with my husband to show him how great this was, as we were unpacking it we noticed a STRONG smell as soon as we opened the box. The smell smelt of CHEMICALS very strong chemicals. Obviously this is made in China so I know that had a factor as well. When I tell you this activity center smells I mean it was HORRIBLE. My nose was immediately stuffy, eyes watering. I told my husband how upset I was and he said “maybe it’s the paint? Let me put it together maybe it’ll air out” he was trying to make me feel better after purchasing this for $200. I went ahead and let him even though I definitely knew I wasn’t going to let me baby use this what so ever. He said atleast try maybe it’ll go away. He also cleaned it with vinegar to get rid of the smell and the next day lo and behold it’s STILL there. The smell is absolutely AWFUL and not suitable for babies to play with! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I then called to complain that night and I expressed how upset I was and disappointed that this was NOT non toxic and labeled incorrectly and I’d like a refund. All they could offer me was 20% off a coupon for my next purchase! I said absolutely NOT. She then offered me that the can refund it but I HAVE TO PAY for it to be shipped back as well as re stocking! What the heck I mean seriously. This is a product defect! As well as they are LYING about what they’re using on this product, it is not non toxic. I accepted the 20% off of my existing order NOT a coupon to which they agreed. I then called the next day because my house is smelling so bad from this table and I just don’t feel right not getting a full refund. I spoke with another costumer representative and she was NOT help. They’re incredibly rude, not nice, and not accommodating. I told her this is again, a product defect. She told me I have to pay for shipping and warehouse cost again. Great! After I just spent $200 charging me more. More of the story. DO NOT PURCHASE. Avenlur you should be ashamed of yourselves, your products are not safe and suitable for babies and children, this table is NOT non toxic, this table has CHEMICALS on it, they will NOT refund you your money without stipulations, they are RUDE, and this was a huge waste of money and time. Do not purchase from them. Your products are highly toxic.

I was disappointed with my experience.

Before placing my order, I called customer service to ask whether there would be a July 4th sale. I was told they weren’t aware of any upcoming promotion, so I placed my order. Just a few days later, the same item went on sale for a larger discount. I emailed customer service asking if they would honor the price difference (about $23), but I never received a response.

The product itself required assembling a very large number of pieces, and the wood doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected for the price.

The water table is functional, but between the lack of communication from customer service and my concerns about the overall quality, I expected a better experience.

This review is based on the customer service so far. I’m in the process of building the playground set, so not sure of fit, finish, and build quality.

I bought the set, and it was delivered a few days ago. I randomly checked the price and saw that a 20% off coupon had just started. I contacted avenlur, and they were able to get me a refund of the discount. Pretty awesome!

I got the Avenlur l 8-in-1 Chestnut jungle gym about a year and a half ago. It is very durable. My two boys use it and push its limits everyday. The swing is perfect for my 4-year-old. My 9-year-old likes to scramble on top of the monkey bars. When they tried to take it apart and lost some bolts, customer service was great about helping me get replacements (and note, the boys could not actually get it apart - jungle gym was still safe).

DO NOT BUY. I am disappointed with the quality of this jungle gym. For the price, you expect a durable, safe playset that will last years. Instead, it’s made of cheap, laminated wood.
We have had it up for only two months, and it is already a major safety hazard. There are significant stress cracks forming on structurally important pieces of the frame from just my toddler using it. On top of that, the paint is already cracking and chipping away after a few weeks of normal outdoor exposure. We live in CA.
It is completely unfit for outdoor use and dangerous for children. I had discussed my concerns with Customer Service for over 3 months, they refuse to accept the return, refund me any amount of money, or replace some of the more significantly defective pieces. Then I was promised a call from the owner which never came. This is not a customer friendly company and they do not stand by their product.

I was very excited about this and it would have been great but the main reason we got this was for the water part and from of the spindles move and since there is no drain so the water just sits especially if you go on vacation and there was rain etc. I’m just really disappointed that the spindles and the water area don’t work at all :/

What an amazing customer service! Jasmine from Avenlur called me back after the line had been busy and I couldn't get through. She was wonderful to work with, so polite, addressed my concern swiftly and initiated a discount for me, on which I thought I had missed out on. To me, she went above and beyond, and a situation where I thought "oh man, this is going to be such a headache" became so easy breezy, it totally made my day! The shipping after ordering happened so fast too, really impressed 👏

Awesome company and Myla is amazing! The ideal play set for my daughter and Myla went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect!

Unfortunately we did have some quality issues with our order but Aly (customer service ) did a fantastic job in resolving those issues to our satisfaction, because of this, I would most likely order from this company again. Also.... we absolutely loved the piece of furniture that we purchased.

Overall, our experience with Avenlur has been quite good. Customer service is excellent. The two products we have purchased are well made and durable. The only drawback is that the assembly instructions could be greatly improved.
