We were recommended to use Away Holidays
We were recommended to use Away holidays when chatting with some people in a jacuzzi in Dubai. We have now used them for booking 2 winter holidays and can honestly say the service is excellent, great flexibility to meet our needs for multiple stops and a good price that beat our other usual agents. Rob is our contact and he does look after his customers very well.

Brooklyn was the most helpful travel…
Brooklyn was the most helpful travel agent that we have spoken to whilst trying to book our holiday to Mauritius.
No one else seem to want to do their job properly.
He was very helpful, informative and successful as we booked a holiday with him .
Hoping that this is the holiday off our dreams and if it is, we shall surely use Brooklyn again as our travel agent.

Great Customer Service and Flexibility from Rob- He delivered exceptional service with quick, flexible responses and a clear focus on what worked best for our needs. He went out of his way to tailor the package for us, which made a real difference when travelling with a child. Be very aware of this company
Be very aware before booking with this company, make yourself familiar with the refund policy just saying, I was asked to email there customer care team that I did 3 months ago, I don’t think they have one as 3 months later I still haven’t received any communication from them, how very rude just like some of there staff, I will give it a few more weeks and if I do not here I will be contacted higher authorities to escalate my case,
I have them my email address and phone number so they could contact me, no excuses from there part.
