Great customers services, easy to place an order. An item was missed from my delivery and it was very quickly resolved.

However, I was shocked when I opened the box. The pushchair was dirty, seat was stained, wheels were dirty and covered in strands of hairs and the frame was full of deep scratches. It has seen better days.

Quoted from their website “ All of our items are deep-cleaned, safety-checked and fulfilled in-house at our London warehouse, to ensure that there is no compromise to style or safety when hiring rather than buying.”

Looking at how it arrived, there was no way that the pushchair was ever deep-cleaned. I stripped it completely, machine washed the fabric and steam cleaned the entire pushchair, even the wheels.

The idea of renting was brilliant as I only needed it for a few days and due to limited storage, I didn’t want to purchase another.

Can’t fault their customer services but they really need to do better in quality checking their products prior to sending them out to their paying customers, especially these products are for children, and cleanliness should be their utmost priority. This was my first ever time hiring or purchasing used baby products and it certainly will be my last. Not a fan, sorry.

Just so easy! Thank you to the team at Baboodle, saved us hours of sleepless nights with the Snoo and thousands of ££ not having to buy it. Babies grow out of everything at the speed of light and a company like Baboodle takes all that stress away. We rented the Snoo, a highchair baby seat and now a foot warmer for our pushchair during the winter season. Excellent service as we lost the box the Snoo arrived in but it was no trouble at all for Dan and the team. Many thanks again, highly recommended to all our friends with babies.

I borrowed 2 Babyzen Yoyo buggies for my twins for a trip to Japan (also the back pack and rain covers). They arrived as scheduled (bar one day but this was a DPD issue and they recommend to have it arrive earlier than you need it so I’m glad I did this!). One of the rain covers didn’t fit as expected but they were quick to send me a replacement. Returning was also easy and DPD arrived as scheduled to take the boxes away. I’ll definitely be using them again for our next holiday!

I ordered two items from Baboodle and used them for a few months then returned them in line with their policy, they have since continued to charge my card!! They’re continuing to take huge amounts of money from me and they haven’t cancelled my subscription even though they have the items back. They’re ignoring my many emails and it’s impossible to speak to someone. I’ll never use this company again.

Item arrived today, barely used and in fantastic condition. Customer service is great. The team were happy to help and assist me with any questions I had. Will definitely be recommending!!!

Baboodle have been great for us as new parents, they have a great range of items to rent and it’s so helpful if you only need something for a short period or want to try it out. Customer service is very helpful and speedy and I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience. I live abroad so renting from Baboodle means I don’t have to travel with my big pram. Very fast and helpful customer service too. I will definitely use again.

I rented the tens machine for my labour. It was so smooth the delivery till return. I then rented the spectra breastmilk pump and it has been good so far. The bottle parts didn't arrive so baboodle refunded me for that as I had to order from amazon. Superb customer service and i am happy with prices too. I'm looking forward to ordering other things.

Fantastic service! My Belfast address wasn’t coming up during checkout so I reached out to see if they sent items to Northern Ireland. They assured me they did, and could still send me the items I wanted, and gave me specific instructions to checkout. I was super pleased with their accommodation , and even more so when my travel stroller arrived earlier than expected so I had a few days to test it out before we traveled. It was in great condition, and I can’t count how many times it came in clutch. My 6 month old loved it, and the lie-flat feature was a big help for the times he fell asleep. Baboodle was very easy to communicate with, incredibly helpful throughout, and when it came time to return the stroller (which I didn’t want to part with!), the return process was incredibly easy and straightforward. Super amazing, would give 10 stars if I could.

Fantastic from start to finish - so glad I opted for this instead of buying. I needed a double buggy to take my 2.5y/o and newborn out and about (up to nursery) I only needed a duo double for a short time.

Would absolutely not hesitate to recommend, I ordered the buggy and it arrived in a few days. Sending back was super easy too.

Excellent experience! We rented a cot, bouncer, gym and pram to save us travelling with them over Christmas. Everything arrived in great condition and sending it back was straightforward. A lovely, helpful team and very easy to deal with.

Seemed like a great idea at the time but since cancelling the subscription and sending the pram back, baboodle have taken three unauthorised payments from my account and have been ignoring my messages and not given me my refund. Despite speaking to the bank who claim there is no subscription with them, thy seem to be able to still take my money. Am on maternity leave and has left me in debt. AVOID

Had a good experience with Baboodle. Did not feel like the pushchair rented felt like it had been used. It came nicely packaged and was simple to return back.

When I reached out to them they generally responded back within a short timeframe. I’d happily use them again
