Was a little paranoid about ordering as the website seemed a little glitchy but after reading reviews I took a risk. Pram was here within days and it is beautiful, and much lower price than elsewhere! Thank you! X

Absolutely amazing experience. We’ve been to the store twice now. Once when pregnant and we purchased our babies travel system and the staff in store where very helpful and knowledgable about the products. We ordered our babies nursery furniture online, one of the parts got damaged when we were assembling and we called the company back who got new parts delivered to us within a couple of days.
We have been again recently with our baby to get a new car seat. We went with 2 in mind which they showed us but then they suggested another after hearing our requirements. At first I thought their recommendation would be more expensive, but it wasn’t and they also had an in store offer on. We ordered on the Saturday and the seat arrived on the Thursday. They didn’t have the newborn insert in store but suggested we would need it so when it arrived I put the newborn insert in and emailed a photo to the store to check it was fitted correctly. They emailed back within a couple of hours confirming it was a good fit and that the headrest insert will need to be removed soon. They’ve confirmed we can email for advice whenever.
They are a great company, great with sales but more importantly amazing with the aftercare too.

Very disappointing experience

I waited 4 weeks for my refund, with very poor communication throughout the process. I was expected to pay £30 to return the parcel, yet despite this, I was then left waiting weeks for my money to be refunded.

I also received no email confirmation that my returned parcel had been received, and there was no communication to arrange collection of the delivery.

Overall, the customer service and communication have been extremely disappointing. After this experience, I would not purchase from this company again and would think twice before recommending them to others.

And to add in response to the below response, it took multiple emails and phone calls to get the team to actually escalate the matter to the refunds department.

Held my money for 2 weeks before telling me they didn’t have the item i’d bought. Refund was paid quickly after they’d told me this update, but I should have been informed far sooner. I’ve also noticed they still claim to have that item in stock on their website. If they want to act like a bank and hold peoples funds, at least pay out interest when you give it back - hardly even a sorry given to me for wasting my time.

Couldn’t fault this store excellent service staff really do know their stuff and there is no pressure at all in store, they explain all the different strollers and leave you to choose very friendly and also excellent prices they beat any quote we had got from anywhere else, item delivered quickly and they also fitted the car seat for us and we will definitely go back for a fit test when little one arrives

Very good product and was delivered in a couple of days It was worth paying the £9 postage to get a delivery for Saturday morning

We used baby and child store to buy and obaby nursing chair.

Should have bought it direct from website.

They delivered the chair, chair works. But delivery was very unclear and ended up taking 20 days. Then arrived late on the day, left us with packaging and no option for assembly.

I ordered a cot and mattress on 12th August waited 2 weeks my items had not even been dispatched so I canceled my order requested a refund and was told would be 5 working days it’s now been 8 working days still no refund and I have ordered the same cot and mattress from another company and already have it at home , this place is very slow can’t get a cot delivered out nor my refund

Great experience at the local store, staff were really knowledgable and pleasant and not pushy at all unlike some of the big chains, just left us to decide after demonstrating all the strollers and even allowed us to try them in the boot of our car. Great prices as well

Stunning furniture at a great price, quick and easy delivery with a room of choice service that was no extra, would certainly recommend for anyone looking at items for their little one/nursery

The baby carrier was made with lots of care and love for parents and baby. Very comfortable.
