If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I purchased a travel pram at the end of May and had to wait four weeks for a free delivery on an £300 order.
Two weeks in I called to check whether it is in stock and was assured it was.
2 days before the 4 weeks was due I received an email explaining they only had one in stock and it was damaged so I have to wait a further 3 weeks for the item to come into stock.
7 weeks for delivery!!
When I asked for compensation I was offered a measly 5% “goodwill gesture” as if they are doing me a favour..
Shocking customer service, absolutely no attempt to make right by their customers or correct their mistakes.
Even after all this the item is still showing as in stock on their website, so they can trap and mislead more people.
Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic company

The customer service team were extremely understanding and accommodating after I discovered a technical issue with an item I purchased. They contacted the manufacturer and arranged a replacement. Throughout the process I really appreciated their patience and professionalism.

Good price, delivery as advertised - a seamless experience

I placed an order for a avionaut stardust car seat which I paid for economy postage but it still came within a couple of days. I also received a free gift which was lovely. It was well packaged and delivered with care.

Ordered for my new granddaughter due in August. Ordering was very straightforward and I even got 10% off as it was my first order. Was given a delivery timeframe of 3-10 days and it arrived well within.

I accidentally ordered the Joie Estrella Double Pushchair to the wrong address and was worried about getting it changed in time. I contacted customer services, and they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They initially requested proof of address, but due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to provide this. After listening to my situation, they took my extenuating circumstances into consideration and were able to arrange delivery to a different address.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. They kept in regular contact, responded to emails very quickly, and provided updates throughout. I also explained that I needed the pushchair urgently as we were due to go on holiday, and they went above and beyond to ensure it arrived in time.

The pushchair arrived exactly as described and was a lot cheaper than other shops selling it, which was a great bonus. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Thank you for making what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Paid and didn’t get any delivery details, so I emailed to be told that it had a two week delivery period which meant that they would of taken payment 4 weeks before I received the item, so had to then pay for next day delivery

Ordered a cuddle co 4 piece furniture set for my first baby off this website. I have to be honest, I had slight reservations ordering from this company but I was pleasantly surprised! Emails were answered quick and efficiently regarding delivery and staff seemed polite and friendly. I've only knocked a star off because we didn't receive the mattress with our order but this was rectified very quickly. Overall satisfied customer!

I chose the free delivery which I was told could take twice as long as the standard delivery. The car seat I ordered turned up within 2 days and service was fab!

Amazing service from everyone at the shop, I needed a new stage car seat for my son - spoke with them and they recommended a car seat that would work for us and had it ready for me to collect the next day. They fit the car seat for me and also checked the isofix base on another car seat to ensure it was fitted correctly as we had removed it earlier in the week and was unsure if we had installed correctly ourselves. Everyone was so helpful and made everything clear and easy for us! Thank you!

I definitely do not recommend this company. I ordered a stroller and still have not received it. The website stated that delivery would take 5–15 days, but when I emailed asking if the shipping could be sped up, I was told it could actually take up to 30 days. I was then offered an “express delivery” option for an extra £4.99, with a guarantee that the stroller would arrive the following week. I paid the extra fee.

After a week, I asked for a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. I was assured that the item had already been shipped and would arrive soon. However, the tracking information never changed — it only showed that the courier was still waiting to receive the parcel. Despite this, I kept being told that the stroller had been sent.

When I said I wanted to cancel the order, I suddenly received another message saying they had “noticed an issue” and were sending the order again for a second time. I asked for a new tracking number, and from that moment all communication stopped. Nobody replies to my emails anymore.

At this point, I have neither the stroller nor my money back. Extremely unprofessional customer service and very misleading communication. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.

I bought this trio set for my grandson in 2019 and it was robust and practical
New grand daughter soon on the way so ordered the same or similar as before because it was soooooo good 👌😁

Great price compared to other options and quick delivery too, very happy with my choice :)
