I’m honestly laughing it’s that bad..

I’m honestly laughing that Baby Elegance have a full statement about how they have learned from their mistakes with poor communication in regard to their high chair and advertising orders as being fulfilled in 18 hours and not accepting pre orders.. so you no longer advertised pre-orders you just accept the order, can’t fulfill it and don’t tell customers until they get in touch to complain they’ve not received their £115 order!! And don’t bother trying to reach a resolution as one single response advising my the item isn’t actually available is all I’ve received. It now looks like I need to try and resolve this through my bank - a laughing stock of a company.

My buggy broke sent it back it was…

My buggy broke sent it back it was agreed it was a fault with the Buggy. This is now been three weeks and I’ve still had no response to my emails in regards to when I’m being sent a new Buggy.

I can see that your buggy was returned and confirmed as faulty, and I completely understand how inconvenient it is to be without it — especially after three weeks with no clear update.

Customer service is none existent

Customer service is none existent, they don't reply for ages and when they do they don't actually solve the problem. I am convinced the aftersales is all run by AI etc, surely no person is this incompetent.

The worst customer service I’ve ever…

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered god forbid you have a problem and get put through to Jeff he’s useless!

All I wanted was for the legs on a crib to match better I understand they’re made from beech wood so vary but they could definitely pair them up to have a better match. It just comes across lazy and rude when they can’t be bothered to get back to you

The chair is perfect

The chair is perfect. Using the new born seat at the moment for a 3 month old who is very happy in it. Prompt delivery and good communication from Baby Elegance. Cannot praise this chair enough!

I absolutely love this product

I absolutely love this product. It was simple enough to assemble, the baby loves it. I am finally able to put down the baby and get things done in the kitchen. It feels like great value for money as we can swap on to the chair for when she's a bit older.

Horribly bad quality

Horribly bad quality, especially given the price. Turned up damaged and customer services team nonexistent on website. So disappointed but won't be putting my baby in something that is badly made.

Good quality and looks great

Love the look of the high chair and the materials used. Feel like I will get use when baby arrives. A bit disappointed the baby seat can’t be adjusted to sit them up slightly as they grow also the foot rest can’t be adjusted.

Replacement tray for our Nup Nup highchair

We needed a replacement tray for our high chair. Jeff responded to my email promptly and efficiently. He sorted the spare part I needed and ensured it was posted to me. A fantastic response to my query.

This high chair is incredibly practical—my son has been using it since he was a baby and still loves it as he grows! Comfort and safety were our top priorities, and this chair delivered both perfectly. Its design makes it suitable for long-term use, and it’s also super easy to clean. We’re really happy with it—it’s definitely one of those “so glad we got it” products. Highly recommend! 🌟

Poor customer service

The mash high chair is a very good product but such a shame about the customer service.
The highchair was completely missed from my order so I only received the chair covers and baby seat which was very frustrating. I contacted them via email which I didn’t get a response to for over a week. I managed to contact via Instagram to get my missing product re sent but was then ignored again when I asked about having a tracking number for the new delivery but luckily I was home for the day of delivery. Such a shame as the product itself is great but I wouldn’t purchase from here again.

Great customer service

Great customer service , very helpful and prompt. I had mislaid the adapter for the nup nup e-swing. As soon as I contacted baby elegance they had a new one sent out in a couple of days !
