I have had a fantastic experience shopping at Baby Elegance. After mistakingly ordering the wrong product and following disappointment when it arrived, Jeff responded to my email quickly and set about replacing the item with the correct one. There was no extra charges incurred, not even the import tax to the UK. Jeff sent several emails to ensure I received the correct product in the right colour. Often nowadays customer service can be somewhat lacking but Jeff and Baby Elegance went above and beyond to ensure exceptional customer service. I would not hesitate to buy from them. A1 company who genuinely want to help and want to ensure customer satisfaction

Although I waited for a while on my baby bundle , I 100% understand it was due to the shop needing to get there stock in as good will gesture I was given a lovely padded great quality high chair and I love my pram so much the products you receive from this store are totally worth waiting for every single thing I have received has been fabulous quality I feel like my baby girl is spoiled it really does look elegant !! I would recommend baby bundle to anyone thankyou so much

Great Shop
I find Baby Elegance very easy to deal with. They are friendly in store and anything I have ordered online has always arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I will be ordering from this company again.

Amazing aftersales
I recently purchased the Drift Travel System from Baby Elegance and the product is sturdy, comfortable, and looks fantastic!
However, a part on the travel cot did break and I was really concerned that I would be left to pay for a new travel cot as there was no part listed on their site for replacement.
I emailed their support enquiring about getting this replaced, and not only were they very fast with responses, but they are also sending out a replacement travel cot.
I can't honestly praise them enough for their products and aftersales!
