I ordered a crib mattress and a mattress protector from Baby Elegance in January 2025. The order said next day delivery but after about a week without hearing any update, I contacted Baby Elegance to see where the order was. I was told the crib mattress was on pre order which was not written anywhere when I ordered. After a month and multiple emails back and forth, I eventually received a package. The item I received was definitely not the mattress I had ordered. I feel like the company sent me any old thing to stop me complaining. I requested a refund and that was the only thing that went smoothly at least. I will never use this company again as I feel they tried to scam me with the terrible mattress they sent. I've never had such a poor experience purchasing something online.

We have so many products from Baby Elegance and they do not disappoint! Their stuff is such good quality as well as brilliant value for money.

Waiting over a month for our delivery and when they finally replied to our emails they said we'd get next day delivery. We did not. Meanwhile influencers are getting free items and leaving good reviews. Do not trust this shop.

Love our Mash highchair! Super easy to put together, easy to wipe clean. The cushion is also a good material to wipe clean! Delivery also came super fast after order was placed. We also have the Alta swing And my baby still loves it months on sits it in while I’m having a shower so she can’t cause trouble 😂

We absolutely love our Mash Highchair! Delivery was fast and the product is over all really good. So easy to assemble and looks great with our home interiors. It’s easy to also fold and put away if needed. I also love how easy it is to take the cushion and straps off to be able to wash. We love this product and the customer service has always been brilliant when ordering from this company

I’ve ordered several items from these now, ranging from toddler beds, travel cots to play pens and highchairs! Absolutely amazing company. Customer service is on point and always on hand to help.

I ordered some items in October (over 11 weeks ago) the order was supposed to take 2 working days going off the website. I still haven’t received my products and nobody responds on email or messenger. It seems to be a scam website?

Terrible customer service team. I’ve been waiting almost a week for a response. I purchased a cot from Argos which is under a 2 year manufacturer guarantee. The base snapped while my 1 year old was sleeping. I contacted Argos who contacted baby elegance on my behalf to get a replacement. After 4 days I was offered a replacement base which I refused as I would like the whole cot replaced, as the whole cot is under warranty. I’m still waiting for an update. With no customer service contact number and a very delayed customer service team I’m left a little frustrated. Stay away from this company.

Received the mash high chair bundle but a part was missing from the newborn attachment. I was quite worried when I read the trustpilot reviews that I would have wasted money on this product but contacted baby elegance via Facebook. They replied immediately and organised for the replacement part to be sent out. Although annoying it was missing in the first place I was really happy with the customer service which quickly rectified the problem.

From reading the reviews, I was worried about placing my order of two rather large items. I was really surprised when they both arrived within two days of placing my order. I can’t review the items yet as baby is not here but they look fabulous. I am really happy with the delivery, especially at such a busy time.

I was told that delivery would be in 2 days from order on 4th November. No news from the company, no customer service contact number only an email address. Definitely would not use again and still waiting for any word or product from this company. Avoid!

My cot from them broke with my baby in it. He could have died.
This disgusting company told me it was my fault as I apparently screwed fixtures on upside down.
The issue with that: in the photos I sent of the broken cot, the only fixtures you can see are on the floor from having broke. You can not see a single fixture still attached to the cot. It is impossible to see that from the photos I sent.
Stay away, for your baby’s safety. They didn’t even ask if he is okay after I told them what happened. I’m now in the process of reporting to trading standards, the ombudsman and anywhere else I can find.
