Ordered from this company said mash high chair would be delivered in 2-3 weeks waited over a month for it to arrive and only got half the order. I won’t order from this company again, please avoid!
Website says "next day delivery if…
Website says "next day delivery if ordered before 1pm" also it says items are sent with DPD and DHL. Ordered cot at 8am on the 5th Sep. 7th Sep and still nothing delivered. I was provided an AN POST tracking number and as of the 7th the tracking says AN Post still are not in possession of the package!
1pm on the 6th I was told by baby elegance CS they would get back to me ASAP and I heard nothing!
Horrendous
Horrendous, going to be reporting to trading standards.
Ordered the mash high hair bundle two weeks ago and it stated in stock on their website and said next day delivery.
Got told it was on back order and would be in stock and sent this week.
Still heard nothing, I’ve chased and chased via email and live chat and been ignored.

They’ve now given me a DPD tracking reference but DPD are still awaiting the parcel from baby elegance 😤

DO NOT ORDER! We've been waiting 4 weeks for an expensive newborn bundle after being told dispatch is 2 days. They don't actually have any in stock and no idea when we will receive the order. Zero communication from Baby Elegance unless we chase or leave negative comments on social posts and they keep lying about delivery date. Terrible customer service!! Baby will have outgrown the 'newborn' item very soon! Also to make matters worse they're now deleting mine and other customers comments from social posts. AVOID!

Please stay away! Ordered from here and only got half my order have emailed them done online chats and nothing still no sign of getting the rest of my order! No help whatsoever as they reply with we have sorted your problem and no problem sorted! A JOKE !

where to start with this one
we purchased our first, let me emphasize this. OUR FIRST baby elegance co glide from argos. after 3 months it no longer started working on the electrical side. it began to make electrical sounds and spark occasionally. after contacting Argos they said they will contact baby elegance directly to get a replacement. after much back and forth with argos for nearly a week because baby elegance only has a customer service email and no contact number. baby elegance decided not to replace but to refund entirely. they only communicated directly to Argos even though I followed up emailed them daily they proceeded to ignore my emails until finally they replied after a week to me via Facebook.
we got the refund and we decided to purchase the item again through Argos. Argos sent the order to baby elegance and said it will take 6 days to deliver. after around 8 days still no order but we received a tracking number on day 3 so I checked on this. baby elegance had not given dpd the order. I contacted Argos again to chase it up with baby elegance. after a few days yet again they said to Argos to refund me due to stock issues and it would take over a month for new stock. the service baby elegance gave and give is shocking. they never speak to you direct and ignore emails. they occasionally reply on Facebook but even then the service is shocking. no we will solve this and contact you in X number of days. it's constantly chasing from the customers side. last discussion with them I said I would review my experience with them as everyone should avoid them. hopefully if you do buy nothing goes wrong with your item. if it does go wrong I wish you good luck. baby elegance need to take a long hard look at themselves and start actually providing customer service

I made the mistake of not reading these reviews before ordering from Baby Elegance. I ordered a bath seat online and received an order confirmation and an email to say the order had been dispached. A week later it still hadn't arrived and when I tracked it with the courier it said "parcel data received from sender". I emailed Baby Elegance but got no reply. A couple of days later I was issued a refund but wasn't informed there was an issue or given any explanation. I emailed twice with my grievances and eventually received correspondence saying the item was out of stock! If it was out of stock I should have been told at the time, not over a week after being told it had been dispached and only when I contacted them a number of times. It is still available on their website. This was my second issue with them in a short space of time, a few weeks ago I ordered 2 travel cots and 2 mattresses online. Only one of each arrived. Tried to phone them but to no avail. I emailed and received no reply. They replied to my email only after the second order arrived. I'll never give them my custom again, purely because of their aftersales service and would advise others to bring their business elsewhere.
Unprofessional customer service
I ordered few items during black friday sales, 2 items of which one was the wrong colour was dispatched quick enough and same has been returned, waiting on refund!another item which was salt and pepper high chair was never dispatched, after waiting for weeks I sent an email asking for the reason for delay, no reply only a refund email, which I thought was a mistake, so followed it up only to be informed that it was now out of stock!! I googled up few sites which still had the stock of the chair and sent it on implying that I don't want a refund as it is in stock and how desperate I was for the chair, have received no reply till this date.very bad and unprofessional customer service.will never buy anything of baby elegance ever again.
Baby elegance
We originally bought our car seat from baby elegance blanch , We ventured round a few differnt baby shops but we then decided to go back to them for everything else ,we bought our buggy , mattress, cot, cot sheets, blankets, changing mat etc the staff were very helpful from the minute we entered the shop, They were helpful explaining the different car seat brands and prams as first time parents we didn't have a clue , we didn't get the same experience from other baby shops, We would highly recommend them and we will be back again to get our next stage car seat! There cot sheets are great quality and wash very well!!

The staff were extremely helpful with all the purchases and very informative on what products were the best, even though they were cheaper, so it wasn't to make more money it was based on the best product that fitted our needs. I'd highly recommend them.
Poor customer service
Ordered online. Received a confirmation, but nowhere it mentioned expected delivery timeframe. A week later, no correspondence, and tracking information which was sent on the initial email said information sent to courier. Tried contacting them but no phone number so sent a number of emails. In my final one I said I wanted a refund if I hadn't heard anything by the next day. Shortly received a refund notification but no acknowledgement from any human being. Poor service, won't be trying them again.
Avoid like the plague
Would give it zero stars if possible. The nuts, bolts, and screws which were included were of the wrong dimension - this damaged the cot and led to it collapsing with my baby in it, endangering their life. Tried to address this with their customer service, and they fobbed me off endlessly. Your child would be better off sleeping in a cardboard box.
AVOID - PLEASE TAKE MY WORD FOR IT AS A PAYING CUSTOMER!

Absolute garbage of a pram.
The fixtures to connect the carrycot & car seat are just trash!
The fixtures are so stiff and incredibly hard to put on, the breaks are HIT and MISS and keep jamming.
The steering of the pram is like pushing a Range Rover with your bare hands.
The rain covers DO NOT FIT.
THE AFTER SALES DEPARTMENT ARE THE WORST SO UNHELPFUL AND CLAIM NOTHING IS FAULTY WITH MY PRAM!!
How can I show fault with pictures!? It makes no sense.

Worst customer service ever
I did the mistake and I didn't check the reviews before I order essential stuff for my first baby from Baby elegance. It has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Actually there is no customer service at all.I made my order on 1st of August. The same day I got an email claiming that I will receive my order (baby bubble bath, blankets, cot sheets, towels and cleva pots for freezing food) the next day.They also sent me a tracking number. Of course I didn't receive my order the next day neither the next ones. I got it 2 weeks later. During these two weeks I tried to contact them through all the possible ways (phone, emails, messenger) and guess what they were responding to my messages 3 days later. They were claiming that the parcel was shipped from them and that they will contact DPD and ask them why they haven't delivered my parcel. Of course once more they were just making excuses as I contacted DPD and they told me that they haven't received any par cel from baby elegance. They had only the ordering details, not the physical item. This was so frustrating and annoying especially when you are close to your delivery date and no one is answering. If they were honest with me and updated me with the status of my delivery from the first day I could understand the delay. But I cannot accept the fact that they were consistently ignoring so many messages and putting the blame to DPD for the delay. Don't you ever order anything from this store.Their customer service is the worst you could ever deal with. Don't leave the extreme sales that they are advertising fool you. It's better to go to any store and get these items by yourself.

Trying very hard to get in touch with this company. Ordered a cot mattress and other items a couple of weeks ago, no sign of it yet. No customer service phone number. 2 emails sent, no answer. Tried phoning head office several times, no reply. Baby due soon, could do with mattress!!
Delayed delivery, deceitful "upgrade" after they ran out of stock
I made an order on December 21st with expected delivery on December 23rd despite no package arriving. With it being the holiday period i was flexible on this as these things happen, the events that followed is where i grew in frustration.
I contact Hello@babyelegance on December 29th after i didn't receive my order who said they couldn't do anything as the head office was closed until the new year. After contacting Baby Elegance stores they advised i needed to contact their customer services team through hello@babyelegance. On January 3rd i emailed them again asking about an update on my package, i had previously been in touch with DPD (whom i received an email from saying delivery was 23rd) who said they never received the package from the sender.
My email on January 3rd was ignored, i emailed again on January 5th and eventually received a reply from Jeff in the parts team who apologised, he advised the order will arrive the following day which it did.
The following day i opened the package to find out the cot mattress i had ordered was incorrect, after contacting them again i was advised that they were out of stock for the mattress i ordered and they threw this one in as an upgrade despite it being cheaper and a completely different mattress type then my original order, the fact this was sent out with out any prior notice hoping i wouldn't notice is deceitful and i would expect more from a company especially down to very basic communication.
I will not be ordering again and have requested a refund.
