Dear Chola,

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your recent experience with Batanaful. First and foremost, we want to extend our apologies for any inconvenience you've encountered regarding the delivery of your order.

We understand the frustration, especially when your order didn't arrive as expected. It's important to note that we sometimes ship orders in two shipments to ensure our customers receive their products as efficiently as possible, thus reducing waiting times.

We acknowledge that you reached out to us via email earlier this evening regarding the missing items. Unfortunately, we were not able to respond in time before you left this review a few hours later. Rest assured, your second shipment is currently in transit and will be with you shortly.

Regarding the Batana Oil you received, we're pleased to hear that it arrived in good condition and that you find it promising. We genuinely hope it meets your expectations when you use it on your hair.

Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we remain committed to continuous improvement.

Hello Marvey,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear that you haven't experienced the results you were hoping for with our Batana Oil.

We genuinely value all customer experiences, and I'd like to address your concerns. While Batana Oil has received praise for its potential benefits, it's important to remember that individual responses to any haircare product can vary. Some people may see noticeable improvements sooner than others, and results can depend on various factors such as hair type and how often you are using the product.

Regarding our association with Dr. Sebi, we're proud to acknowledge his recognition of Batana Oil's potential. However, our commitment to quality and effectiveness goes beyond this. We've worked diligently to source and offer a pure and authentic product to our customers.

That said, we appreciate your honesty and are always looking to improve our products and customer experience. If you have any specific concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team. They'll be more than happy to assist you.

If you decide to explore other products, like Rosemary oil, we wish you the best on your journey to find the perfect fit for your needs.

Thank you for giving Batana Oil a try, and we hope you find a solution that works best for you.

Best regards,
Anaya
