We are pleased with end result. Steve visited us and explained our options without any sales pressure. We visited the showroom and liked what we saw and our queries were answered. Adam and Bradley, our fitters, were very hard working, polite and very tidy. It was completed in 5 days, despite various problems. John came a few days later and sorted out a couple of snags. Very helpful. All in all, we are glad we had it done!

BMAS made an excellent job of our new bathroom. All the team were considerate, courteous and reliable. Jim and James who were with us all the time produced flawless workmanship while overcoming various problems. They were always friendly and helpful. We are delighted with the end result.

Very pleased with the service, planning and fitting was very professional , fitters Ciaran Lee were easy to get along with made us feel comfortable which is worth a lot.
Would have given 5 stars if they hadn't discontinued their none slip shower tray.

Lee the salesman was very helpful and informative and no sales pressure was applied. The installation team worked very hard during the 5 days and everything went extremely smoothly . The finished wet room was exactly as we wanted with no problems whatsoever. I would thoroughly recommend BMAS to anyone considering a wet room .

The quality of the workmanship and products was excellent. I also appreciated a greater range to choose from than some competitors. I chose BMAS because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. A couple of glitches along the way threatened the expected 5 day installation. However, it was a real concerted team effort to overcome the issues and get the job done on time without compromise. The finished wet room meets our needs completely and looks great too. Thanks to the installation team for caring about getting things right for us. The end result is fantastic.

BMAS were recommended by a friend. The plan drawn up was appropriate to our needs and the tradesmen had an excellent work ethic. The finished wetroom is all that we wanted.

We got a bath removed and replaced with a walk in shower suitable for an elderly person. The fitters were wonderful. Jim and James got great reviews from other customers of BMAS when we were researching contractors and I have to say they lived up to it. My husband who is usually very critical and sceptical of workmen in our house thought that they were great and did a great job and that I should 'write a letter to BMAS'. They were so patient with my elderly mother whose house they were working in and were so clean and tidy we had virtually nothing to do each night by way of cleaning up. Jim and James both worked really hard, arrived prompt every day and went the extra mile in making sure every detail was correct, every safety aspect considered, and the bathroom looks terrific.
It may have seemed a pricey job when we got the estimate but the whole team who worked on it were great, they covered all bases, all trades, and we felt well supported by BMAS that it was worth paying top dollar for a top dollar standard of work. The fit out was a fraught few days, especially for an elderly person but the end result was worth all the hassle. If anyone reading this thinks the cost is excessive then you get what you pay for and in this case it was money well spent.

I am so pleased with the end result of the utility room refit, thank you for your management of the project and the arrangements for the work to be done . The organisation and planning by Lorraine and David meant that it was – all done for me! The electrician and floorer were excellent.
Special mention for Simon’s the plumber’s hard work, which was so much appreciated,
He not only sorted out plumbing and fitting a quadrant shower, he made layout suggestions for the rest of the room, adding work top and cupboard. His eye for detail and design was amazing and the standard of work was brilliant. He discussed the day’s schedule every morning and kept me informed of any changes or updates . He managed the work in record time but cut no corners and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Very polite and cheerful, unobtrusively working away, he was self sufficient and a pleasure to have around.
The end result is super and he is most certainly to be praised for his extremely hard work and talent.

The service we received from BMAS was outstanding! Our home visit by Steve was excellent and there was no hard sell or pressure to buy tactics which we liked. After talking with Steve who explained the processes involved in updating our very old and tired bathroom & toilet into a modern wetroom, we instantly felt at ease and for us it was a no brainer.

Steve then returned a few days later to do a site survey to check measurements and access etc and let us also choose fittings, floorings, cladding and to arrange a installation date.

Our bathroom experts Adam & Bradley have got to be the most hard working bathroom fitters in the country. They we're friendly, courteous and always on time. They kept the place clean and tidy every day. We did have an few issues during the installation but these we're soon sorted and the quality of our wetroom is amazing.
We would like to thank all at BMAS and the greater team for everything they did for us.

We are absolutely delighted with the reincarnation of our old bathroom into a modern, hygienic and safe wet room. Colin Hogg took on board all our requirements/needs and presented a well-planned design. There followed a hard-working friendly squad of various excellent tradesmen along with timely deliveries of all the necessary materials along with uplift of waste. Foremost were the wonderful duo of Jim and James, our formidable installation team. They arrived punctually at 8 every morning and kept on working hard and fast until the moment they left, always tidying and cleaning up first. They even stayed on late to finish on the last day. At times the bathroom looked like an archaeological dig (all a bit scary!), and it was hard to imagine how things were going to resolve themselves by the end of the week. But resolve themselves they did, and how! We are extremely grateful for the outstanding expertise and craftsmanship Jim and James brought to the job. In conclusion we feel particularly fortunate for the good company of Jim and James who didn’t stint in their efforts and went the “extra mile” which was very reassuring.
BMAS’s service was most professional in every aspect – planning, administration, execution – and they completed the project to an exceptionally high standard on time. We would not hesitate to recommend BMAS.

I was apprehensive about getting the work done although it was badly needed. Having everything completed today I don’t know why!
From the planning stage with Colin to the completion of the work with Peter, Ryan and Sandy I cannot praise everyone enough.
The products used are excellent and high quality. The staff are very skilled and knowledgeable of the products used. It takes account of my present needs as well as any future requirements.
Every stage was explained as the work progressed. Care was taken to protect my house and carpets. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each working day, never mind at the end of the week.
Lorraine in the office kept in touch before, during and at the end of the work to make sure I was happy with everything to that point.
I cannot recommend this company enough. They have given me a wet room which has given me back my independence and improved my quality of life.
The end result is beautiful and practical. It’s worth every penny as it adds to the value of my home as well as my life.

My wife and I are additional customers of BMAS who rate this company highly. We believe we were the first customers who visited the new Solihull showroom. The time from initial enquiry to completion was timely. Before the job started, we had a long session in the showroom choosing options. The workmen who completed the job were excellent, being tidy and efficient and were a pleasure to work with. They had a tremendously hard job getting the old floor up, but they persevered without complaint and overcame a few other minor hiccups that occur on any job of this size. They discussed any issues with us including where we wanted various items positioned and we had a post completion visit to ensure we were satisfied with the work. Will we recommend them? Yes, we most certainly will.

Excellent service from this company before, during and after the work. The planning of the new bathroom was extremely carefully handled, with every thought being given to my future safety. The workmen were both very skilful and easy to have around the house. The end result is very attractive and highly functional, far better than I had imagined.

I am delighted with alteration in the bathroom.
The bath was removed and a fully enclosed shower cabinet expertly and precisely installed.
The entire process was done within the scheduled time. At the end of each day the room was left clear of debris and clean.
The designer listened carefully to the needs and suggestions of the owner and surveyed the layout of
the utilities ensuring a design the would be trouble free and suitable for years to come.
The wonderful pair who installed and worked so hard to ensure perfection in their work were a joy to have in the house. So clean and cheerful!

The overall experience was very supportive, but with no hard sell. Our initial consultation with Steve was a home visit but we then chose to go to the showroom to choose flooring/wall cladding etc as this meant we could also see some "live" examples of what the end product might look like. Hospitality at the showroom was lovely - we were treated as guests as well as customers. Adam and Brad, our fitters, were brilliant - they were helpful, courteous, considerate, left everything clean and tidy at the end of the day, and always checked, when they arrived in the morning, that we were ready for them to start for the day. We love the finished product - our wetroom is so much more user-friendly than our old bathroom but also feels luxurious rather than simply functional.

After a delayed start - no fault of BMAS - the team worked tirelessly, and over the weekend, to finish the job within a week. The standard of the work is excellent, with real attention to detail. I was consulted on the positioning of items and the installation was explained fully and patiently! J & J (plumber and joiner) could not have been more accommodating, with deliveries of non-bathroom items happening around them! Overall a great experience and outcome!
