Wet room installed by very obliging, pleasant and highly skilled people. Delighted with the result. Very painless procedure considering the size of the task. It was very much appreciated that everyone turned up on time and kept me informed at every stage.

This is the second time we had BMAS create a wet room for us: they converted our upstairs bathroom into a wet room in 2021. Now that my wife has moved downstairs because of her mobility issues resulting from long term MS, they have converted our utility room into a wet room.

The work was completed in under four days, mostly by one of their guys, Alex, who I cannot recommend too highly. As before, the workmanship is excellent, and we are very pleased with the result. The new room is currently making a real difference to our lives.

BMAS were able to book us in within a month of the original estimate. Our only minor quibble is that the paperwork/receipts etc were a bit slow in reaching us (we had to ask for them) and we weren’t asked at the planning stage about accessories like a shower caddy or loo roll holder, which we bought and had fitted after the work was done. But this is minor. If you want a top professional job, carefully planned with mobility needs and access the priority, and executed quickly to the highest standards, we have no hesitation in recommending BMAS.

BMAS converted our bathroom into a wet room back in December 2020. The design and build was excellent and we were given a great deal of choice on materials e g. Wall panels, non slip flooring, vanity unit with heated mirror and sanitary ware. Since then we had a couple of issues - firstly the vanity unit appeared to suffer from some water damage, and more recently a basin tap siezed up. On both occasions John from BMAS arranged for the free replacement and fitting of the vanity unit, and more recently the free replacement and fitting of the basin tap. These issues arose outside of the normal warranty periods and my wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the aftersales customer service provided. Fantastic service BMAS👏

The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish and speedy (four weeks from start to finish). The bath was removed and replaced with a mobility shower. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact the fitter (Alex) went over and above his instructions to improve the end product. He worked tirelessly and tidily to complete the job. The designer (Steve) was very attentive to our needs ensuring all went smoothly. Consequently there would be no qualms about recommending 100% BMAS to anyone.

We had our bath taken out and a shower tray installed . We consulted with Paul who took us through the process and there was no pressure selling. The installation in a 70 year old house was not a straightforward job and we were impressed by the professionalism and problem solving of the installation team of Alan and Martin. Care was taken throughout including the protection of floor coverings. Rubbish was removed promptly. The fitments installed and the quality of the finished shower room are of the highest standard. It wasn’t a cheap job, but would have no hesitation in recommending BMAS to anyone looking to have conversion of a bathroom to a shower room with mobility aids.

Just had our small downstairs toilet made into a wet room. We are very happy with the service we received throughout the process from planning to the work that was done. The toilet was finished to a very high standard and we were involved throughout the construction of the bathroom to ensure we were happy with the work being done. We would have no hesitation in recommending BMAS to anyone looking to have a wet room done.

My wife and I visited the Glasgow showroom at Dobbie's Braehead. Christine in the store was lovely and put our worries at ease. We arranged for the lovely Paul to come out and quote for our bathroom. Whilst not the cheapest but not the most expensive, I found their service levels far superior than another company I used to complete another bathroom in my house. I liked that BMAS treated me like a individual they cared about the questions my wife had and ensured we remained updated throughout the install which lasted 5 days. I have recommended the team at BMAS to my friends and if I'm hoping to benefit from their £250 recommend a friend policy ha ha. Thanks BMAS you made our experience really enjoyable which is not always the case these days.

James & Justin were so nice, friendly, professional, clean & tidy. All work carried out to a high standard.
4.5 days to rip out old bathroom install wet room which looks amazing.

My walk in shower was fitted in march / looked good and was satisfied until I came to take a shower. The water is only hot if I’ve had or have the heating on! The fitter has been back and could find no fault ( I’d had the heating on for an hour)
Phoned again and was told the surveyor would contact me to come and look. No one called. Contacted the designer who gave a number to call. Rang and rang ; same every time! Incorrect no! Now into May and still no hot water.
Shopping vouchers are another issue: a specific no; to dial and claim ( you’re not given that number upon completion) Then If you actually receive the vouchers you are apparently supposed to get a PIN number to activate. No PIN number and not managed to speak to anyone as line constantly busy! Probably with people complaining!
Update on this review: since writing this I’ve had two separate visits from the company/ it seems co incidental, but apparently the fault lies with my boiler not the shower or their work.
I am happy with the way the bathroom looks.

Well where do I start bmas are 100% brillant was looking to renew my wet room from start to finish the salesman lee coming to my home taking me through everything and listen to what we wanted we where told they would start on the Monday and finished on Friday and true to there word ryan and peter came and started ripping out the old bathroom everyone we spoke to though out was brilliant and could not do enough for us had a small problem but this was sorted out quickly and all up and running as a bathroom would definitely recommend using bmas.

From start to finish the renovation of my bathroom was handled professionally and carefully. In design, it was tailored perfectly to my needs. The fitters were prompt, skilled at what they were doing and were very respectful regarding cleanliness and tidiness during the job. Everything was completed to a very high standard. From the beginning of the process everything was very professional. Lee came to advise and measure up. He had brochures we could browse and choose from. On day of installation Peter arrived on time and worked very hard for 4 days with very little disruption. All rubbish was removed promptly and we are delighted with the beautiful walk-in shower. On Monday 8th January 2024 Justin and Steven from BMAS arrived to start putting in my new bathroom. From the minute they started working they did not stop. They tidied up at the end of each day too. I was kept informed along the way. The attention to detail is just fantastic. My new bathroom is everything I hoped it would be. Thank you !

Friendly communication with company was excellent throughout, attention to detail to ensure bath would fit in space needed, as it was not a full bathroom remodel, workmen were prompt and no mess at all at end of job which only took 2 and a half days, very impressed

Excellent service throughout the process of getting a bathroom converted to a wet room arrangement. Advisor came to the property to discuss the residents requirements at length before developing the design. Company provided a number of dates to carry out the work giving us plenty of time to arrange a suitable date for the works. During the execution of the works the team worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job taking care of the property and cleaning up after they had completed the job to a high level of quality. Excellent service , from Lee's first visit to a quick visit to showroom in Dobbies and Lorraine everybody very freindlyand knowledgable of options open to me and what would be usefull. Steve the fitter plumber extremely efficient and hard working, he just kept at it each day, Sandy(I think) the spark and Steve from Edinburgh Branch who came to inspect and install corner basket in shower also vey pleasant to deal with. Steve who did the bulk of the work put down protection of our wooden floor in hall and carpet in room the pieces were stored in, he cleaned up each day and once work was finished area was left clean and tidy. We have recommended the company to my sister in law for her bathroom in Portobello.

the plumber and joiner found some challenges with the old pipework and floorboards and they had the expertise and experience to deal with all of that - they both worked super hard and went the extra mile for their customer
super smooth project management - things happened like clockwork
choice of wet room fittings was great and the folks in the shop and the wet room designer were great at discussing options - they were also very patient and I always felt that I had plenty time to consider the options
