From the first contact - we completed an on-line form and were called within 15 minutes - the service we received from BMAS was outstanding! Our sales lady Leigh visited us and after a trip to the showroom to choose our fittings she returned and double checked all the measurements and firmed up our quote! Initially we were changing our ensuite shower room into a wet room and we could not be happier with the result. We now have a safe place for showering with no high steps to negotiate. It was then a no brainer to ask them to do our main bathroom.
Both bathrooms were done by the same team and the workmanship is second to none. Both bathrooms were completed within the time frame quoted and the house was kept clean and tidy at all times.

bmas contracted to install wet room including electric pump signed contract with no consultation connected to existing drain not a legal drain when i discovered this they told me it was acceptable for plumber to connect to existing drain they did not trace this drain it is not connected to cast pipe this was a very expensive job reason i accepted they told me it would take five days they finished well under three days when i discovered no pump had been installed they returned money for pump not before no rebate for work saved fitting pump going by whole estimate must be quite a saving they did not return that so expensive job unfinished will cost to connect drain correctly

My experience was wonderful, I was worried at first before work started, but did not need to, everything went like clockwork from start to finish. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Every day my house was left tidy after the days work.

We’ve just had our bathroom recreated by the guys from BMAS. From the office staff to the tradesmen on site it’s been a great experience! I bet that there cannot be too many folk that can say that about getting a new bathroom fitted. From the outset we’ve received the very best possible service right up until the time of the new bathroom being handed over. All of the staff involved have been extremely professional at all times and the quality of work is second to none. The tradesmen even cleaned up after themselves as they went along with carpet protecting film going down before a single tool was lifted. The hoover could be heard several times through the job as the tradesmen lifted any dust or debris and kept the mess to an absolute minimum. Our house was back to normal within a couple of hours of the BMAS team heading for home.
Our only disappointment is that BMAS only do bathrooms. We'd have them back for any other building work - they were that good!

BMAS installed a wet room - The service was excellent and all my issues were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking to install a wet room.

So glad we chose BMAS to put in my mother-in-law's new wet room. She was very apprehensive about going ahead. The bathroom was started and finished in the five days they said. The team of Imi and Kristian were first class. Had a lot of respect and patience with her. Disruption was kept to an absolute minimum and everything cleaned to a very high standard before they left. She now wishes she'd done this years ago. Would highly recommend BMAS to anybody considering a new bathroom.

BMAS installed wet room and new flooring for us. They did a very good job. We are very satisfied. The workmen were exceptionally tidy,polite and helpful.

I can’t explain how amazing from start to finish everyone has been from BMAS. Colin had a challenge on his hands with this shower room and nothing at all was hard work. He listened to everything we said and designed something beyond what we hoped for.
William, Tommy and team were just as fantastic they brought to life our vision to the highest of standard and we cannot thank them enough. Every single one of them were so helpful and considerate of my parents. My mum has a Walker and a very narrow hall and William helped her out over their work without a second thought and we can honestly say nothing was an issue for them even when it wasn’t their job. Fantastic service right from initial showroom visit though to the planning, fitting and post installation visit. We wanted something that would meet my elderly mother’s current needs & be future proofed. BMAS gave her a beautiful wet room which does not look like a disabled room. It gives us confidence that she is safe while she manages alone, but it is also suitable when she requires more support. All the people we’ve dealt with have been excellent. It was important to feel comfortable having the guys in the house. Respectful, skilled workers installing quality products, creating a beautiful finished room. We were kept informed all along what was happening, particularly during Covid precautions. Great range of products but also helpful advice on what would best suit your needs. It’s worth getting the experts involved as they ensure you get what you need now & in the future. Who knew there were different heights of toilets! So happy we opted for BMAS

We were kept informed at each and every stage because due to medical issues we had to hand the keys over and leave the company to it. Absolutely brilliant service lovely people to deal with and excellent work done for my mother. And all I will add is I now want them to do work for me so I think that is recommendation enough.

From start to finish I had an excellent service from Leigh who came to do the planning and from Lee in the showroom who kept in contact throughout the Installation
Work was completed on time and the team were very professional, and courteous ,each day everything was left clean and tidy
I checked out a few bathroom fitters first and I am so glad I chose this company
The bathroom looks stunning
Had a few little teething problems when completed but was dealt with by Lee very quickly and efficiently

They converted an extremely small shower room in the downstairs utility annexe into a first class wet room for my wife who is a stroke survivor.
At all times the help and advice was excellent and the work crew could not have been more accommodating and flexible to ensure that everything completely suited our requirements.

I had a walk-in shower installed by Bathing Mobility Advisory Service and I have to say the whole team especially Imi and Christian made such a beautiful job of our shower we couldn’t be happier with it. From start to finish we have been very impressed with the attention to detail in the design and also on the installation. All the guys and girls work was brilliant. I don’t mean to sound like an advert but it’s rare to get such good service from companies these days!

Great experience start to finish - BMAS gutted and replaced our bathroom and divided my office into 2 rooms to create a wetroom. Brilliant comms throughout, high standard of work completed fast and great choices of materials/fixtures. Both rooms are so stylish and much more user-friendly! Highly recommended.

Once they heard our situation, the team at BMAS showed empathy, understanding, flexibility and efficiency. Their efforts made a world of difference to my mum’s comfort, safety and dignity for the short period we had left with her. After visiting the showroom and a home visit to find out our needs, it was great picking our new shower room.we were given great advice and under no pressure to buy.The installation went great,just as they said it would.All the work men were polite and highly skilled.
