Fantastic job, we can not recommend BMAS enough, first class service from start to finish. Our two fitters (Peter and Michael) were great, nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very polite and professional at all times. Their work was first class and they also cleaned everything when they had finished. Giving 5 stars does not do their work justice as every detail was worthy of 10 stars at least. Every aspect of our wet room was perfect even down to the little finishing touches. We would definitely recommend them.

Installers are all committed professionals, ensuring the best quality job.

My mum needed a disabled assisted bathroom. I shopped around, but decided to go with BMAS. I appreciated the pressure free sales advise and the genuine interest in my mum’s mobility needs, and how her bathing needs can be met in the present, and in the future.

I was also impressed with the excellent online rating BMAS has.

My mum vacated her home for the duration of the fitting, which went without any hitches. I had anticipated the house would be covered in dust when the work was finished but it was dust free and left as it was found.

The bathroom was finished exactly as specified. My mum and I are delighted with the beautiful finish. Not only has the bathroom been changed beyond recognition, but more importantly, it has been fully adapted to suit my mum’s disability needs, while also being a very pleasant functional space to be in.

The safety bars and other small fixtures were fitted by BMAS 5 days after the initial installation was complete. This gave my mum and I plenty time to work out the best location for the bars and toiletry caddy.

Notwithstanding, it would have been easier for BMAS to fit the fixtures during the bathroom installation, but I appreciated the more holistic view they took by coming back later and making sure everything was in its perfect place.

A truly 5 star service, from start to finish. The communication all throughout was excellent, right down to last minute changes before the installation.

And as for the installation, the team were outstanding. They were truly professional - reliable, hard working, with great attention to detail and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. I read the reviews before employing BMAS for my new Wet room and I thought they were almost too good to be true BUT I have found the whole experience incredible!
All the usual things you hope for when you have work done in your home - people turning up on time, working through the day, materials delivered ready, clean and tidy working, taking away rubbish at the end of the day, consultation on final positioning of items - this was just a given.
My Wet room is also 'future proofed' by thought given to when I may be less mobile - things I had never thought of but may well be grateful for; I am already grateful for the flip down seat to use in the shower....
The staff were an experienced team who worked seamlessly together. Laszlo had some great ideas which he was able to incorporate into the design and I now have a superb Wet Room which is a joy to use and surpassed my expectations.

Our advisor was really informative and pleasant we decided to go ahead I admit I was really wary and thought a “disability wetroom would look a bit hospitally . However the taking out of our previous bathroom was done quickly tidily and efficiently . It was done with precision and proficiency! Lee and his team advised and supported us throughout. The work was completed on time with minimum disruption, and the finished shower room has transformed our lives: helping my disabled husband in the shower is now easy, not a chore.

I must say from design to the completion of the job was excellent. The 2 guys from BMAS just go on with the job unless they possibly thought of some changes where the explained a change i want to go with it.

They arrived at the back of 9 each morning and sometimes did not leave until 6 or 7 some nights.

Superb service from planning through to completion. Very efficient, prompt and friendly.

Lee and his team have been great, from first walking in to the showroom to see what was available to having the completed installation. We were kept up-to-date with every step of the process which has meant that they have created a fantastic safe shower room for us to enjoy. They all worked well as a team ensuring that the best was made of the time available. They were punctual, polite and professional, creating the least amount of disruption for us and our cats.

We presented BMAS with a big project - to build a brand new en suite bathroom. This included everything the design to putting up new walls, connecting new plumbing, and decorating to a high standard. We got excellent, professional advice from Leigh and Bobby at the beginning of the project and they organised the architect, building warrant, and builder. Lazlo organised and oversaw all the building works and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He suggested the work would take two weeks and they finished on the Friday as planned leaving the work site clean and an en suite designed and finished to an excellent standard. This was a big job, professionally handled and we couldn't be more pleased.
