Glad my friends introduced me to this low EMF option baby monitor. Very happy to find a safer baby monitor compared to those high radiation DECT monitors on Amazon. Great product and great customer service.

Wanted to highlight the low EMF design of these Bebcare baby monitors. They make a huge difference in terms of reducing the emissions levels in my baby’s room. I spent some time reading about this topic and was kinda shocked by what I read. Good to be educated about emissions control.

Danielle from the Bebcare team was super knowledgeable about the product and she was so patient and polite. We had some questions about the monitor configuration since we have two babies. Danielle helped us through the setup and helped us get the most out of our Bebcare Motion baby monitor. She was wonderful and deserves a praise!

We had our USB power adapter fail after using it for a little over a year. Anna from Bebcare was fast to help and organized a new adapter sent out to our summer house.

Do not buy this product. The baby monitor randomly disconnects from the camera. Maybe that's how they claim to have lower electronic emissions? Other reviews have said they measured higher or equivalent emissions, but that wasn't a priority for us. We first and foremost need a baby monitor we can rely on that will definitely absolutely let us know if there's something wrong with our baby.

So much to our dismay over a 5 day period, three times we had the monitor be not connected to the camera when we checked it, including twice when we could hear the baby crying through the door yet the "monitor" 5 feet from the baby, on the highest sensitivity settings & volume settings, showed only a blank black screen and no indication of any noise. 45 seconds after we checked the screen, THEN it decided to work and connect and picked up everything fine - We hadn't moved at all, this wasn't a range issue, everything was plugged into the wall so it wasn't battery-related. It just literally disconnected from the camera.

The second unreliable issue is that they advertise, and we were excited to try out, a breathing sensor to inform you if the baby stops breathing. Of course until you purchase it, then suddenly they call it a "motion sensor" and warn it won't work under some mattresses. Well, no problem, we didn't have a memory foam or hollow mattresss, so we should be fine. Wrong! As far as we can tell, it doesn't work under ANY mattresses, on any settings. It "works" if you lay your baby directly on the hard plastic mat, or maybe if you use a sheet or two. But underneath a mattress? Forget it, we tried 3 different ones. They provide suggestions on how to get it to "detect motion" (?Motion? I bought a BREATHING sensor!) like putting a board under the pad/mattress, or increasing the sensitivity, but none of them worked. Well, maybe the monitor itself adapts to the breathing sensor being unreliable? Nope! If the breathing sensor isn't working, it will set off an alarm every 20 seconds. You can silence the alarm but it will still turn the screen on every 20 seconds because, after all, the breathing has stopped! So you end up being forced to completely disable the breathing sensor.

Now hopefully someone who encounters these issues bought the bebcare monitor from a reputable online seller. Because Bebcare doesn't stand behind their products. Their return policy, with 1/4th being charged for a "restocking fee", is 14 days from when you order it. But it takes 7 days to arrive, so it's actually 7 days. Heaven forbid you be proactive and buy the monitor before your baby is born, or that you're in the hospital when it arrives, because now you have 6 or 5 days to try to set it up, figure out all the quirks and little issues with it, encounter the blackout problem or breathing sensor problems, and try to return it.

Don't buy from Bebcare. Since I don't know when it will randomly disconnect from the monitor, I wouldn't even trust it to watch my two and a half year old. We replaced it with a dxr-8 monitor for less money which is absolutely phenomenal.

The monitor is pretty cool. We got the RF one with a sensor mat. My wife and I appreciate the peace of mind that it gives us. It’s not complex to use, as the monitor does not require a smartphone app. A pretty solid product overall imho

Amazing customer service from Daniel. He answered a ton of my questions about the baby monitor so that I can pick the model that fits my nursery the best. I’ve been using mine for almost three months by now and am very happy with the product. The night vision works very well.

The baby monitor was great - love the super low emissions, which means it’s safer for my newborn baby. The A/C adapter was a bit wonky after a month, but the support staff sent me a new one right away. Can’t complain about the support we got.

We have had the baby monitor for a couple months. Love that it’s a very low EMF emissions products that works well and is safe for my baby. The customer support was helpful and called me on the phone to guide me through the second baby unit pairing process. The staff was patient and friendly, but I forgot her name.

I placed an order for the Bebcare video monitor on on April 5, 2021 and received the monitor about a week later. Late December 2021, the parent unit stopped charging. We used the monitor for less than 9 months before it ceased to function. The monitor was very well maintained, and it still looks brand new.

I reached out to the business, and their customer support said the charging port of our monitor isn't covered by their warranty. They admitted that the (older) version of their monitor we own - which we purchased less than a year go - has a charging port with issues. I am not sure this is accurate, or that their "newer models" don't have this charging port problem. I find it difficult to believe any claims this business is making, based on their slow customer service response and due to the fact that they quit all communication while we were emailing about our problem.

Their resolution was to offer us a 30% discount if we purchased a replacement monitor. It is unacceptable for a $250 baby monitor to break less an a year into using it, and for the business to resolve the issue by asking the customer to purchase a new product at a token discount - a discount which is only slightly better than coupons readily available to anybody online today.

We even tried fixing the monitor ourselves by taking it to an electronics repair shop, however they informed us that the case of the monitor is welded shut and cannot be opened. This is keeping them from getting to the charging port and fixing it/replacing it.

This is a poorly built product and I am writing this review so that other parents are aware and don't spend the money on it.

The technical support staff was knowledgeable and understands what parents are looking for in a baby monitor.

Received an expedited shipment of the USB power adapter after mine broke on a Christmas trip. The staff Anna was super helpful and answered my emails quickly.

My husband dropped the parent unit last week, which shattered the screen. I use the monitor daily to check in on my 2 month old baby, so it’s a kit that I need. The support rep Anna answered my question like within an hour and gave me help with the shattered screen. So glad we have a working monitor now…

Knowledgeable customer service team who helped me pick the right baby monitor prior to the purchase. She helped me scheduled a call and answered the ques I had about the baby monitors.

Anna was super helpful with the screen issue I had. The screen stayed black even when there’s sound in the baby’s room. Turns out the monitor needs to be paired again to reset the code. Anna guided me through the process on the phone and offered help on the setup.

My hub accidentally left the power adapters at my in-laws place across the country. I was panicking when we got home because I don’t have a working monitor. Husband emailed support for help and got a response within an hour. They offered to send me replacement adapters overnight, so I’m pretty happy with the service we got.

The parent unit vibration function stopped working after 3 months of use. I had to get it exchanged because I could not fix the problem myself. The good thing is that the customer service rep Rebecca was helpful and resolved the issue quickly for us.

Our clients are really happy with the low emissions design of the baby monitor. It’s reliable and doesn’t use WiFi to operate. It’s a good choice for parents
