Well to begin with I ordered these Norfolk pine garland, which is ok BUT…. Not as described. Then I also ordered the garland/stocking mantle hangers. Well I NEVER received them after waiting over a month for them!!! I sent them emails and they answered them “Before Christmas” but i emailed again after Christmas and have NOT heard back from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Ordered mantel hangers November 15, 2024. Never received seems to have a fake Logistics site to show item in the USA, Clemson OH????????? This is December 29, 2024 NO ITEM???????? SCAM

Ordered the garland /stocking hangers November 16. Now December 28 and nothing. Used PayPal. They provided PayPal with a tracking number that when clicked on, says no such tracking number. Filed a complaint with PayPal and still waiting.
Website is a total scam.

Total scam. I ordered their garland hanger at the beginning of November and it never came. I got conflicting tracking numbers. Still don’t have it. “Customer service” could not help. Had to dispute the charge.

I have had a similar experience and wish I read these reviews first. I ordered the Fireplace Stocking and Garland Hanger on December 4. Their website says it takes 7-14 working days and I am still waiting. From December 4-December 18 their bogus tracking says it was in Romania. Finally on December 19 it finally said the shipment had been shipped to the United States. At this point I have no idea when or if I will ever receive this. Totally disappointed and feel like I have been scammed!
It is now January 8 and I never did receive anything from them. They will not give me a refund so I have now disputed it with my credit card company.

It will come from China weeks later and will not be the item you ordered but a cheap resemblance that is useless. The site says free returns but they will never send you a label and won’t issue a refund or replacement

Total scam site and will steal your money. Do not order from them. Took 6 weeks for my item to arrive and it was broken…provided proof and they still won’t give me a refund or allow me to return. They will say “will you take $10 for something you paid $75

I ordered the garland hangers on Black Friday through an ad on FB, which I’ve never done before. It’s now Dec 24 and I still have not received them. As I track the shipment it says that the package originated in Iceland and is now in Richmond, VA. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, ugh. If they actually arrive, it will likely be in time to pack away for next year.

Complete garbage. Do not order. Had to throw it away.

This company is a scam Chinese company posing as a US company. They double charged me for products they never shipped and provided bogus tracking information. Avoid at all cost.

DO NOT order from this site. This is a Chinese based company!!!! I ordered Christmas decorations on November 13. They arrived December 20. In the meantime, I purchased other decor in hopes of returning the items bought from beforehatched. I've been arguing with them about a refund or a return shipping label. They will not cooperate.

I ordered Xmas decorations on November 24, today is December 22 and it is still in transit.

Do not order from this site!!!! I ordered Xmas decorations November 19th and it’s Dec 21 and I still haven’t received my order. Chinese company posing at USA company. Once you check out the total $ you were shown is not correct. Additional fees and shipping insurance is added. You are charged international charge.

This store is a scam, they will take your money and never send the product you order.

I placed an order but never received the item. The tracking number provided appears to be fake, as it doesn’t work. Additionally, the item was supposed to cost $55.19, but I was charged $68.99.

The website I ordered from is no longer active, and all the products are now blank. Unfortunately, I believe this was a scam.

Thankfully, I made the purchase through PayPal, and they are disputing the charge. I’ll be receiving my money back.

I am still waiting for my order placed more than a month ago…unbelievable how those ads can tricked you…bad company.

Do not buy from this company, it is a complete scam! I bought the garland hangers for $87 on November 19 and started getting bogus shipping details. By December 17, I sent their customer service an email asking what happened to my package. They said they couldn't find it in transit and would send out another. I told them to cancel the order and return my money, it was too late and I didn't want it anymore because it wouldn't arrive before Christmas - no response.

I ordered stocking hangers on November 18th. Today is December 18th and nothing yet. I have been given 2 entirely different tracking numbers. One says my package is in Rockville, MD and the other shows it is in China.

This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Package finally arrived December 31st. I will never by from them again!
